His honesty and willingness to educate me, rather than just selling me parts, was truly appreciated.

He came in clutch and helped me personally install my battery as I was struggling with my car in their parking lot, he not only helped me with the battery but every decision with which one, and even helped me install new terminal connectors cause mine were trash! He wasn’t just helpful and kind but he perfectly balanced incoming customers with his team while helping me so I didn’t feel rejected, nor did the other costumers! I am very sensitive to this kinda thing a Matt was a pro! Get this man a raise!!!! (The team was awesome too)
