  Everything was fine and why I always come to you with knowledgeable and upright staff, but your manual grease guns we’re not working and I had to run to one of your other stores.

  I absolutely 10000% recommend this shop and this team. I came in for a routine Oil change and the 18 point maintenance. However I I also asked them about my check engine light and how Autozone said it was one thing but every mechanic in my life said it was basically impossible that was the problem. So these guys rescanned my engine and found the actual code and were able to give me a more detailed explanation on how I can get it fixed and what needs fixing versus Autozone just saying to replace this part. Tyler was my main technician and was very friendly, super patient, and helped explain everything in full depth to me and answered every single question I had. Definitely recommend him completely. My cars team was: CSR; Steven, Topside; Laney, and Bottom side; Seth. Shout out to all of them as well. I have a 2005 Audi A6 3.2 Quattro, so an older German car and those are very meticulous but these guys were able to do everything smoothly and efficiently. Will always come back here for my oil changes.

  Great service, friendly staff, the Manager introduced herself and had a brief positive conversation about the color of my vehicle! I've been a customer at this facility since it opened years ago! Very convenient for me.

  We were experiencing a leak (fluid on our driveway) and could not determine its origin (oil or transmission fluid). We immediately drove to our Valvoline location to have the staff there determine the leak origin. They determined that it was from the oil filter. Shane and Tyler were very accomodating in that they immediately got us into a bay, investigated the leak and found that the oil filter was warped. Our oil level and fluid condition were fine so with a manager's approval they just replaced the warped filter with a new one and topped off the oil due to potential loss from the old filter leakage. Tyler wiped off the leaking oil from the undercarriage area just to be certain. Both Shane and Tyler were friendly, polite, professional and willing to get our problem resolved. They thoroughly explained their findings, and what they were going to do. We are so thankful this was resolved with care , honesty and timeliness. Shane and Tyler alleviated our frustration and got us back on the road quickly and courteously. We were already customers, however, this experience confirmed our confidence and value in Valvoline and the knowledgeable staff. Please give Shane and Tyler the thanks they deserve.

  The customer service is always outstanding. The service techs are knowledgeable and demonstrate high customer service. The management team is always present and following up with customers on their service. I never feel pressured but always feel informed.
