Came in on a Friday after going to big o for a alignment and a look over due to a very slight shimmy and walked out with a list of things they said was wrong, I know my jeep and was dubious of their assessment so went over to Torc for the first time, turns out the most of what big o said it needed was totally unnecessary and not even the issue. Torc agreed I needed new ball joints and track bar, but found I in fact did not need a new ac compressor, serpentine belt, nor to have my rotors/drums/pads replaced in the rear in order to fix my non functioning e-brake which Big O had told me I needed. Had Torc fix what was actually wrong, new ball joints and track bar and they fixed my e-brake for the cost of the part only while they worked on the other items. Everything was very fairly priced, good quality parts and they were very honest and upfront about everything, my old TJ is driving perfectly now. Highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future for any and all work needed on my 99 from now on. Great specialty shop! My jeep is ready to get back to work in the park dodging dinos!😉 Thank you guys!
