  Customer service is a major part of this world. Regardless if a customer is making a purchase or not the way you carry yourself says alot about your business. Today while walking to Desert Bloom I seen a Scottys Employee in the alley. " I said how are you today" the man just kept walking. So I turned around and said "generally when some one inquires its polite to respond. He turned around and yelled in my face get off my property. Now I believe this business experiences alot of the downtown riff raff and I do think maybe this man was stereotyping me as such. This is no pass for this kind of attitude. My grandmothers first house in the valley sat on South Ave (right behind where scottys is located) in the lot where there is a storage unit. My Grandfather was a Cobler at the shoeman my entire life. Where this sense of entitlement came from I do not know. But what what I do know is People need to be nicer to eachother (especially if Im in Customer service) I will not be using or recomending Scotys to anyone ever.

  The guys down at Scotty’s lube center saved the day! My elder mother accidentally put antifreeze in where you add oil. Nobody in town would allow something that was towed in, basically cause they are all shrimps . Called Scotty’s and it was get it in here. They did a banger job and saved the day for a little ol woman. Bless them all. Earned my business from now on! Thank you so much!

  Anyone who needs any car repair work done should go here! Tyler is THE MAN!!! Need anything done and he’s your guy. I came in for an oil change and he gave my car a full inspection and made sure everything was in top shape before giving the ok. If you want just what you think you need go anywhere else. If you want no bs and quality service for what you actually need go to Scottie’s.

  I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to have four new tires installed and dropped my car off at 9:00 a.m. The service was expected to take about an hour and a half, but after three and a half hours, I still had not received any communication or update. When I reached out, I was told they were waiting on a delivery because their order had been shorted two tires and that they might have an update before 3:00 p.m. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but I should have been contacted before my appointment—or at the very least shortly after dropping off my car—rather than being left to ask for an update myself. I ultimately left without having any service completed. The lack of preparation and proactive communication was frustrating, especially since the appointment had been scheduled a week in advance.

  I dropped off my car on Thursday, and Matt assured me it would be ready on Friday. Friday came and went, and I had to call myself just to find out what was happening. They didn’t return my car until Monday, with no explanation or apology. To make matters worse, the coolant reservoir was left nearly empty and no one mentioned it. They had no problem charging me the full invoice, yet the job was clearly not completed properly. This has made me seriously question the quality of their work and whether the parts I was charged for were actually replaced as promised. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability raises serious concerns about the shop’s ethics. I would not recommend this business.
