  Whoever the ladies are that are working the shift as of Sunday, June 21 around 11 AM the manager and the cashier they both seriously need to find a new job! There’s no way that you’re able to talk to a customer like that let alone right in front of the showers where other guests can hear it like myself and get away with it!!! I come here to get rest and relaxation and a nice shower, not to hear an unprofessional excuse for a pilot worker arguing over an issue that a customer has that they’re actually right about because I’ve had that same issue they had! She should’ve just said yes we’ll fix it right away which is ironic because just a few days ago I heard a manager yelling right in front of the showers at the maintenance guy about some dog shit that was left outside that didn’t get picked up and she expected him to just say OK and do it. I don’t know if it was the same manager, but just the irony of the standards at this place…. JOKE! 🤡 and I seriously hate to be that guy but when someone comes in asking for a job and they look like they live on the streets on North Avenue what goes on in your mind that says OK let’s hire this guy why so he can smell like a carton of cigarettes when he’s cleaning the bathrooms so whoever goes in after has to endure secondhand cigarette smell? This whole place needs a freaking remodel the staff the showers everything! Except for Chris! He should probably be one of the people that get to stay and run the joint because his standards are outstanding!

  Never seen a station being run this poorly. Plenty of staff inside, but outside was horrible!! Garbage overflowing and everywhere. Glass bottles broken in fuel lanes. Told an employee that seemed surprised to hear it. Management should be fired

  Has everybody started to notice the Wi-Fi situation? You can have a couple bars on your phone but the Wi-Fi here won't let you use it. They make you connect to the free Wi-Fi. They want access to your data ... All of it.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pilot really needs to take a look at the long brown haired employee.. He makes sexist comments to females as I observed while ignoring me as I was paying him for my stuff he yells to the other employee who had told the next person in line he was open…the long haired clerk then yells to the other clerk..”stealing the pretty girl from me….” Then I go out to the truck and explain to my wife what I witnessed and she proceeds to tell me that while she was in the store, they were talking about adult stores and glory holes… NOT OK!!!

  The store was very clean and stocked, THEN I walked up to pay for my items. Not only was I ignored while the 3 clerks talked about the adult store and glory holes but the cashier had a struggle even focusing on communicating with me since he was so wrapped up in this foul conversation. The one female there looked shocked yet no one stopped the offensive topic. If your a female be aware that you are entering a meat market. Zero professionally here. And thats coming from a female who drives a semi truck for a living yet I was still shocked to be witness to this.
