  They did a great job on my work vehicle with several services that needed to be done. And also did well dealing with my company's fleet services to get the work authorized.

  Very friendly, knowledgeable but didn't talk down to me. I feel like my cars are in good hands here. I live 2.5 hours away, but come to GJ fairly often, and I will plan on continuing to get oil changes here!

  I always come here for my car maintenance. Everyone is always friendly and I appreciate that they keep me up to date on services needing done soon. I think they do a great job!

  I hit something in the night on the highways and came here the next morning. I am from out of state, and the workers here were so kind and helpful. They explained what happened thoroughly, and helped me get back on the road quickly. Thank y'all so much for the assistance and kindness.

  I've been coming here for six years. They even came to the rescue when the other grease monkey was closed on a Sunday forgot to seal the transmission after changing fluids and they leaked out in my old vehicle. There Were two different men that primarily seem to be running the show and they were always honest. I knew I could trust this location with my car and continue to go after moving to a different town. Today I got my spark plugs changed at around 100k miles And the guy tried to convince me that I should replace all of my engine coils because it's unpredictable and I could be on the side of the road in two weeks. I just said my boyfriend told me that I didn't need them because my answer wasn't valid to the sales vulture. He didn't take "That's not a regular maintenance item" For an answer. He thought I was so stupid. I thought that there was a likelihood. All four of my engine coils would go bad at the same time in my well-maintained modern day vehicle and I would be stranded in the middle of nowhere. Why wouldn't my car just throw a code? Why wouldn't I just replace the coils when they needed to be replaced one by one? I have been ripped off when I was young because I was a woman, and I didn't think this was one of those places that would try to get over on people. Even walking out, he couldn't resist telling me how I missed out because the coils weren't even that expensive. I could need them as soon as I pulled out of the lot and I'd have to pay for labor. I said I could also not need them ever Even if I replaced the spark plugs two more times and sold the vehicle He shrugged his shoulders and said that was also true. I don't know what happened, Whether it changed ownership management, bad day, new employees, or what but I will take my money elsewhere. I like to be consistent and go to the same place and this is not the one I will be going to for anything ever again. It's just blatant He even offered me two different types of spark plugs with a decent price discrepancy and then couldn't explain why one was more expensive. He just said it was the name brand and then I said well I wanted to do what was best for my car and then he said well how about I look it up and then of course he ended up doing the more expensive ones because they're better for foreign cars and stuff as he said. ??
