- FFFurqan2 days ago5.0Dude was so friendly, yesterday I was at another Alamo/ Enterprise Station and the other dude did not even said hellou, but here at this station the service was perfect, i am very thankful for that! I hit a rabbit with my car and the car was broken in front, so it was very risky to drive it, so the dude knew that this is an emergency and he let us switch the cars.

- JRJoe RiversJun 13, 20265.0While traveling I had some issues that needed addressed. I had trouble dealing with the 1 800 number so I went to the local agents at the airport in Grand Junction, CO. I believe I dealt with Chris while there and he accomplished in five minutes what the 1 800 folks couldn't figure out in 40 minutes. I mean to tell you that Chris saved the rep of this company, I was ready to never use them again. I give the airport desk a 10 out of 10 and would suggest that this is where you should go for your rental needs
