- RRRoxie “Roxie” RobinsonSep 27, 20264.0Good overall, however I find it odd that with an airport location that has departing flights early morning on a Sunday they don't open until 10a for returns and don't give instructions as to where to park the car exactly, there's no one to check it in and who's to say damage couldn't be done to it after I park it in the lot and drop the key in the box, you don't even have a sign in sheet to ask where I parked it, I put it on the questionnaire about your service level, but I would expect you would want to know where people parked returned vehicles. Car drove fine, I removed the other connected phones that had been added and never removed, overall suited my needs just right.

We called him and he assured us and told us how to get the light off. Very personal touch. You rarely find that anymore.

We wanted to add drivers that were only going to be with us for one day of our vacation on just that day, but they wouldn't let us do that. Why should we have to pay for added drivers for the days when they won't even be in the vehicle yet...
