- BWBob WattsAug 8, 20262.0They charge $15/per added driver per day, but you can't specify what days you want the added drivers added. It's all or nothing. We wanted to add drivers that were only going to be with us for one day of our vacation on just that day, but they wouldn't let us do that. Why should we have to pay for added drivers for the days when they won't even be in the vehicle yet...
- CHCedar HockersmithJul 22, 20264.0There was some confusion with our booking, we thought that we were going to be paying for everything upon returning the car but it was required upfront in addition to a $400 refundable deposit. Thankfully the gentleman helping us at the desk (dark, curly hair and round, gold glasses, we didn’t get his name) was so helpful and patient while we figured everything out! So kind and accommodating, that man deserves a raise for how patient he was with us in our brief moment of panic! The other gentleman, Jason was very helpful as well with finishing out the process. We were able to upgrade for free to an SUV which was awesome! All around a little stressful for our first time renting a car but everyone was so accommodating in helping us figure it out!

- FFFurqanJul 9, 20265.0Dude was so friendly, yesterday I was at another Alamo/ Enterprise Station and the other dude did not even said hellou, but here at this station the service was perfect, i am very thankful for that! I hit a rabbit with my car and the car was broken in front, so it was very risky to drive it, so the dude knew that this is an emergency and he let us switch the cars.
