  I had a confirmed reservation with Enterprise at the airport and thought everything was set. After taking my license and credit card and preparing to hand me the keys, I was informed there would be an additional $400 hold placed on my card on top of the rental cost. As a younger renter with a lower credit limit, that is a significant amount, and this policy was not clearly disclosed during booking. You have to dig through pages of fine print on the website to even find it. I know for most people that charge is insignificant, but it still needs to be stated front and center. What makes this more frustrating is that I’ve rented from Enterprise before in another city and was never charged an additional hold like this, so the inconsistency between locations is terrible. To make matters worse, once I said that amount would not work, the employees at the counter became rude and condescending instead of helpful. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience.

  Man, these guys are awesome. I was flying in to meet some friends at GJT and my buddy, who held the reservation, ended up 8 hours delayed. Sergio C was able to re-assign the reservation to me in short order and even get us the exactly type of vehicle we wanted EARLIER than our reservation start time called for. On the return, I didn't see Sergio but the staff at the desk was just as kind and helpful. The rental was clean, super easy to return and we were thrilled with our experience. Thank you so much!!!

  Jessica is great. I called on the phone as I was worried about getting in really late on a delayed flight. Jessica already knew and was waiting. When I got there, she was really funny and cool. Nice person to meet at the end of a long, long day of traveling.

  Make sure you check the car for dents and broken glass before you leave. Mine had a broken windshield and one dent. I took the pictures and emailed them from the parking lot just like they said to, and they still tried to charge me. There was nothing they could do because I had proof but they did try. And I asked for a follow up email once it all got settled but of course never got that.

  I placed a flight package and got my rental with dollar a day rental, they failed me... I didn't know no one.. felt stranded... Walked up to Enterprise and thank God they take debit card... Got a rental thru Tanner... And I never felt so alive after... Thank you enterprise... I will look no farther places for rentals but you guys...
