  Enterprise is a ripoff. They will take money out of your account and leave you dry. I do not recommend them to anyone. I extended my rental time with them and the girl I spoke to told me what my amount would be $357.64 okay cool no problem. When it came to the next day I woke up and seen that $1006.64 was also taken out. I called them and NOTHING made sense at all. They already had the 300 deposit plus $357.64 to extend the time and then out of no where they took 1006.64 off my card.

  Absolute nightmare. I had to extend my car rental and the boy who answered the phone insisted I did not have a car rental through Enterprise anywhere in colorado. I assured him I did and he told me at least five times I did not. I was in a different town when I needed to make the emergency Arrangements and I said I was willing to drive all the way back to Grand Junction to show him my rental agreement and he once again so that would be a waste of my time because I did not have a car through this company. And absolute nightmare! I was in a crisis because of something I couldn't control and the last thing I wanted was to deal with someone claiming I did not have a car rental through your company.

  I needed a rental after my car was hit and Enterprise has been the easiest part of the whole ordeal. Employees have continued to be helpful and understanding when I call asking if my rental period has been extended.

  I rented a vehicle online through the Grand Junction Enterprise location on 5th Street (not the airport). I specifically reserved a luxury sedan through their website. A couple of days before our trip, I received a call informing me that they do not have luxury vehicles available at that location. That was the first time I was made aware of this. The only option I was offered at the same price was a Ford Escape. That is not even close to a comparable replacement for a luxury sedan. When I spoke with Tim, there was no effort to find a reasonable solution. I was simply told that if I wanted the vehicle I originally reserved, I would need to go to Denver to get it. This raises a few concerns: Why is a luxury sedan listed as available on the Grand Junction location’s website if it cannot actually be rented there? Why was availability not clarified at the time of booking? Why was there no comparable substitute offered? This experience felt misleading and disappointing, especially given that the reservation was made in good faith through their own website.
