- LSLowell SnyderOct 5, 20265.0Sergio had the car we requested, which isn't so common these days, and we were on the road quickly. Nissan Sentra was satisfactory and fuel efficient. Definitely not the base model, had sunroof and Bose. 3k miles, our fuel bill was doable. Sergio was there for checkin too. Nice guy, very efficient answered all our questions. Gotta give em 5.

- LHLevi HewittSep 11, 20261.0I reserved a car weeks in advance, and Enterprise called me the day before to confirm my reservation. Then I showed up and was told they didn’t have a car for me. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude. She told me I could take a minivan instead, which was completely unacceptable. I reserved a specific type of vehicle weeks in advance. Offering me something completely different after I arrived is not honoring a reservation. Then, to make matters even worse, she canceled my reservation, which conveniently meant I couldn’t even use the reservation to file a complaint with corporate about what happened. That is an absolutely pathetic way to treat a customer. If Enterprise can confirm a reservation one day and then have nothing available when the customer arrives, what exactly is the point of making a reservation? I will never rent from Enterprise again. After this experience, I wouldn’t trust them to reserve a bicycle, let alone a car.
