Even though it was loaded and on the way, they were absolutely happy to reroute. I find that to be rare these days, if you are inconvenienced by someone, there is often a surge of resentment that comes in. It was a tough day and I needed the generosity and heart.

I am a single father who has worked incredibly hard to overcome life’s biggest challenges and stay on the right path. This bike—a 2016 Honda XR650L—was my freedom and my mental health 'wind therapy.' I just paid $6,000 for it and put in hours of work, including motor modifications, a lithium battery, and a fast-charging quad lock mount. When it was recovered here after being stolen, it only had a bent front wheel. I was honest with these guys about my situation. I was told multiple times they would call me back with an offer for the bike or to discuss resources to help me get it out of the yard. I was patient. I called, I left messages, and I stopped by, only to find the yard closed over the holidays. I never got a single call back. Not one. Instead, I was told to my face that one of their drivers was 'interested' in my machine. One of the calls I was supposed to receive back from this company was an offer from the driver who was drooling over my bike. The call never came through; I called multiple times and never received a response. When you ignore a theft victim who is struggling to get his life together while your employees are eyeing his property, it feels targeted and malicious. It feels like a scandal to run out the clock on a guy who is barely getting by. To the owner: I want answers. I want to see the paperwork showing exactly where my bike went and what happened to it. If you can prove you handled this with integrity and didn't just let the clock run out so someone could profit off my loss, I’ll change this review. Until then, people need to know how you treat people at their lowest point.

Driver called and I had switched my drop off location and they made the accommodation without any issue. Driver was respectful and experienced! Highly recommend them for any tow service you may have! Great company!
