  Horrible customer service. We are needing warranty work done on our Brinkley that was purchased through a different dealership states away, we were told since centennial is the closest Brinkely Dealer that we will need to go through them for help. We tried reaching out multiple times to get quotes on warranty work and was treated horribly by Amanda the so called warranty service manager (she was absurdly rude and incredibly unprofessional) because we didn't purchase the travel trailer through them. We explained to her that we bought it from blue compass in California and you guys are our closest option for help. She told us well we can't help you unless we are paid up front. We get it we know you need to be paid for services we are simply just trying to get help with warranty work how are we suppose to know what the quote of service is if you won't even help us get that figured out. She told us to send an email of photos of the issues we were having, so We did and never heard any further up email back from them we've left voice mails and not a single person will call us back it has been almost three weeks now since. We even tried to email a few more times to see if they received them and zero response back. Mind you we even tried to purchase this same exact travel trailer through them months before and their sales associates were absolutely horrible and unfriendly obviously not wanting to make a sale. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

  Entrance has three large signs for political candidates. Personal politics are just that; personal - I can’t understand why a local business, having worked so hard to establish themselves both for sales and service, would mix endorsing candidates with their business. The only RV dealer on the slope that does this and it’s not welcoming. I’m shopping for RV’s - not going to a political rally. The politics of the candidates and which business owners/managers support them isn’t anyone’s concern - so why do it?

  I purchased a topper for my Ford F-250, a couple of years ago when I was living in Hayden, Colorado, In 2024. Since then I had moved to Oro Valley, Az. My topper by Century, has been a great addition to my truck. When I bought it in 2024. My wife's and I notice that the right side pannel window was damaged from the manufacturer plant. I brought it to Centennial RV management department and they told me no problem. TheY notified the manufacturer about my issue. Then within 24 hours they told me it was covered by the warranty and replaced the damaged window. Then uppon our most recent return this June 2026 to Oro Valley, Arizona from visiting family in Oklahoma. This time I notice that the right rear end corner of the topper by the tailgate. The fiberglass prouduct was separating from within. I notified Centennial RV about my situation. Tyson Algeria, the Business for Centennial RV took charge and asked that I send him photos of the damaged corner. Afterward I did what he asked me to do. I sent him multiple photos as requested. Within 48 hours Tyson called me and emailed me to let me know that they will be replacing my old topper with a brand new one. Now that's what I call WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌. We are now getting ready to leave GrandJunction, CO in the next couple of days after visiting family and getting my new topper installed, and I wanted to give a High Five 👏👏👏👏👏 Shout out to Tyson Algeria for his World Class Customer Service 👏 👌 and to the rest of the Centennial RV for their support! One more thing to the folks of the GrandJunction community. If you want the best products from RV's, toppers, and World Class Customer Service 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 You have to come to CENTENNIAL RV LLC to get the best in the West in prouduct knowledge, and of course World Class Customer Service 🇺🇸 👌 👏 😎 THANK YOU ALL!!!
