  As a first time camper buyer. I would like to say we talked to a lot of dealers. Everyone of them had some version of selling you a trailer. Some offer extravagant part and prices some offer nothing extra at all. These guys at centennial were amazing. They didn’t try to push anything and they genuinely helped us find a camper for our family needs and helped figure out how to make my truck and trailer perfectly compatible. Tucker and Tyson were the two we worked with the most but everyone clear into the parts and mechanic shop were amazing. The level of care and detail they put into our purchase was unmatched. They made me feel as though they truly cared about my wants and needs as a customer and did everything in their power to make it happen. I recommend them to anyone looking for a camper if you value real people over saving money. If you value making your money worth the purchase over a handful of freebies mostly if you value a great service and attitude towards your goals and a willingness to help you achieve them.   My dad has been on a hunt for a part for his propain hose connection for his RV. Let's just say it has been a nightmare. The lady in the parts department (sorry we didn't catch your name) was tenacious and literally did everything in her power to help us find the right fittings. She and her team created the perfect connection for what we had and never gave up. Thanks for your help and knowledge! Go here if you want a team that listens and exhausts all options before calling it quits.

  Useless and not willing to help with an emergency issue. No availability whatsoever until the END of May. We need a diagnostic check run on our refrigerator according to the manufacturer in order to get the warranty work approved. Lady answering the phone didn't even entertain the possibility of trying to help us. She simply said, "no the refrigerator would have to be off for 8 hours in order to run a diagnostic and we don't have time for that." The checklist they gave us doesn't require that at all but she didn't bother asking about the content of the checklist. We were in Escalante Utah when our freezer and refrigerator stopped working, and drove all the way here to Colorado based on the reviews of this place saying they could help with emergency issues. Not so - they don't even care and now we're stuck trying to find another dealer who can help. Screw this place and the rude lady who answers the phone. I hope karma comes for you.

  Amazing service! Driving through from out of town and had an issue with my snugtop truck topper hardware and they were able to replace the hardware right away. 100% would recommend.
