  I had a really great experience with Brakes Plus. Brian was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. He was honest about what my car needed, got the work done in a timely manner, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I really appreciated his communication, attention to detail, and customer service. It’s hard to find a place you feel you can trust with your vehicle, and Brakes Plus definitely made me feel taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto work done.

  Went in because i thought my brakes were toast , turns out theyre at 70% and the gnarly squeek i was hearing was possibly just a lubrication issue. Ryan hooked it up instead of having me get new brakes he lubricated them and the squeek is 80% gone as of now so he saved me money , if you need honest work hit up brakes plus

  Set appt to install shocks & alignment. Was informed upon arrival that customer purchased parts are not installed any longer. However, they would do this but for a n additional cost. Just a few years ago, I had the same done on my previous truck. The tech informed me because of my own parts (shocks), Brakes Plus was going to add increased labor time. Total bill was now going to cost me $800+. This was explained that everything has increased in price. True, but not 324%!!! I overheard a price quote for a simple brake job for a young lady would cost her $1,324! That should have been my first Red Flag. Not sure what has happened with ownership/management of this specific Brakes Plus, but BEWARE! Brakes Plus should have called me in advance to save me 2 hours of driving. I clearly stated in my Appt Details they were MY shocks. Same exact shocks they recommended on my previous truck. I went down the street to their competitor, and they have performed the same work and almost identical price of 5 years ago...$421. They completed the work, including alignment, in just over 90 minutes. Not the 3.5 hours I was quoted at Brakes Plus.

  I know the point of business is to make money, but their pricing was rediculous. All I wanted was my brake pads and brake fluid replaced, but their "policies" tried to tac on more expenses that needed. Without naming names, I found a place that did both of these things for less than 300 bucks.
