  Friendly service, but they couldn’t help me with what I needed. I went next door to O’Reillys and they were able to help me.

  I was having a horrible time getting my vehicle put back together and I made some mistakes buying the parts. I went in today and spoke with your store manager Cassey Andrea. She was amazing! She took so much time to make sure I got the right parts and I would be happy I am on a very limited budget and Mrs. Andrea did absolutely everything possible to help keep my costs down and get me on the right track. I had assumed that since it was all my error, I would pay through the nose to correct it but Cassey understood and took care of everything. I am just so awed by her professionalism and concern for the customer. I believe I speak for a lot of people when I say it is getting harder and harder to get good customer service from large store chains and she left me feeling respected and valued as a customer. Whatever your company is doing to get quality employees, keep it up!

  I came in to return something and while I was still looking at things one of the employees asked me if i was ready and I said I was still looking. When I was done looking around I went up to the register and because I didn’t have the same card but I had the receipt, I almost couldn’t get a refund but the manager gave me cash. First, she told me the employee I spoke to wouldn’t help me anymore because of a reason i’m not aware of, then while I stayed calm she continued to be rude to me. I won’t be coming back to this place.

  The staff were very friendly. They helped me check my error codes and quickly provided a solution.
