  Manager showed really attitude when asked if I could transfer a part order from a different store to his because I made a mistake by going to the wrong store. The professional thing to do would have been to have me cancel the original order and get it from him since they had the part. The other staff were great, I feel bad for them. That's why it doesn't get one star. I'll be using another store from now on, there are plenty of other options with better customer service. This is the first AutoZone I've had a bad experience at so there not all bad, just this guy got a real problem with helping customers it seems.

  I just stopped by and used their little OBD-2 scanner and they were really quick and helpful for free haha

  The young man was very helpful and kind. I appreciate the convenience of this store. As a girl, I need a little help with the car stuff. Thanks Autizone. You rock.

  One of the worst places to shop. Employees will use foul language and curse at you. Management does nothing. Absolutely horrible store. Called area manager they also did absolutely nothing. Had an employee curse at myself and my wife and became violent. Management did nothing and the employee stayed employed. Response.. they did nothing at all to help this situation
