  I called to this shop to see if they could get my van in since it’s tall. I measured it and they said to bring it in since it might be a tight fit for an alignment. The guy who greeted me wasn’t the one I talked to and was pretty rude and - not knowing I was told to bring it in - immediately turned me away and talked to me like I was dumb. Turns out it could fit but their ceilings are too short to fully lift it and so they told me they didn’t want to work on it - not because they couldn’t - but because they didn’t want to crouch down since it “could be hard on their back”. Don’t want to make these guys work too hard! Last week I did brought a vehicle here for rear differential service and they took an hour longer than quoted to get it done and then had me wait for 15 minutes in front of the counter because they couldn’t figure out how to change something on the invoice to check me out. Too bad. I work in a body/upfitting shop down the street and am looking for a good place to regularly bring vehicles for service but not worth it.

  Very kind and great service! Cody helped me remove a tire from my rim free of charge. Will be back next time I need tires done!

  Had my tires rotated and an oil change. They were quick and efficient with the work. The only thing I would change is being heard a little bit better by the front end person. I had previous things I wanted to make known about my tire pressure, and my opinion or thoughts about my car were not important in that conversation. I feel like customers concerns should be a priority.

  This is the second time in three years that I’ve brought my work van in. Honestly, everything was 100%—top-notch work from this team, from the customer care and simplicity to their honesty and service. And I’m writing this after spending over a week testing out my repaired van! I definitely believe that having the right attitude on both sides is what ensures everything goes smoothly; and if it doesn't go right the first time, you just keep trying until it gets fixed—right?
