  The customer team at the Golden Enterprise location could not have been more helpful, professional, and friendly. We had a great new car, no problems at all, easy pick up and return. We always rent from this location. Excellent experience!

  I reserved a small suv because I am going on a road trip and they forced me to get a jeep wrangler that gets horrible gas millage and has a horrible windshield that can get a chip really bad. Getting a jeep wrangler should be its own category because if you are going on a road trip you don’t want a terrible jeep. This is the second time I have tried to rent a small suv at this location and both times they did not give me the car I reserved. I will definitely never use this location again. It was slightly cheaper than the wheat ridge location but it’s not worth it if they never give you the correct vehicle you reserve. I don’t know why they even have a reservation option if it doesn’t mean anything. And when I was there and saw an suv I would be okay with the workers told me oh that car is already reserved. And I was like oh so that persons reservation matters But mine doesn’t. Horrible customer serve and horrible location

  We had to get a rental due to my daughter being serviced by AutoNation. Luckily we went to the Mills to grab a bite to eat after grabbing the rental car. Two hours later, while we were still eating, AutoNation called my daughter and informed her that she is going to have to take her car to a Kia dealership. We immediately took the rental back. These three guys, the associate that helped us, the assistant manager, Elijah, and the manager were flipping awesome. They gave us a full refund and got us out of there in less than 10 minutes. I will use them again.

  The employees were great, and pick up and drop off was fast. My reason for the 3 star rating was condition of the car I received. I was “upgraded” for free to a white 2023 Kia K5. I found out the day after I picked it up (once the air freshener they sprayed inside the car wore off) that this car had been smoked in, which caused me to get a headache every time I drove it. It was also a bit rough in some other spots, like the visor mirror was busted, there was a rock chip in the windshield, floor mats were missing, and engine felt sluggish like it needed a tune up. Just not a very enjoyable ride. Recommend you stay away from this car if you’re sensitive to smoke smells as I am.
