I purchased an RV from Camping World less than a year ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After a serious safety incident involving the RV, the vehicle has remained in Camping World’s possession for approximately 7–8 months while I have repeatedly been told the issues would be resolved. Despite those assurances, I still do not feel my concerns have been adequately addressed. I encourage anyone considering doing business with this location to thoroughly inspect their RV before taking delivery and to document everything in writing throughout the sales and service process. As to the reaching out to you guys at that email address, it has gotten me nowhere! You guys just continue to send me in circles in hopes that I will go away, I am now seeking legal assistance on the matter. Your company and the Good Sam warranty you guys push have proven to be fraudulent.

I went to camping world because of an ad online price through Google saying that they would sell caulking for $10 per tube. So I went there to buy tubes of caulk Dicor that was listed on sale. The pice the attendant rang up was 15.99 60% more than advertised. I showed the ad and she said that is for members only. Well it doesn’t say members only on the ad. I had to pay full price. Think of it this way you’re already at a dealership paying full price as a member. dealership prices and additional 60% if you are not. This sneaky advertising, so you can bet they’ll be sneaky in other areas too.

I want to like these guys. They are so close to my house. I always check them first, "maybe they will have it this time?" Nope. They don't even offer to order it. The few times they have what I need, nobody helps me. I wander around and eventually I find what I need, or not. I often go to the Wheatridge location because they at least seem interested in trying to help. I have yet to find what they are good at. I will keep trying. At least they are clean.
