  Sorry state of affairs with customer service in their retail area. I went online and saw that they had some roof sealant at a good price for $10. Went into the store and the. Price was $15. I asked for the online price they said no. I asked why and the reason was some bs reason about extra labor. I said I’d just order now on line and response was it would take an hour to go through the system. Simply ridiculous. And throughout all this he was trying to sell me a membership. I walked away. And they wonder why retail sales are plummeting.

  This Camping World location is Top Notch !! The employees that work at this store are awesome and provide great customer service. I recommend this location to all my friends and family. They really do go above and beyond on service work. I bought my motorhome 8 years ago from this location, they've continued to give me amazing service. They just did brake controller in my jeep also . Go see Lonnie in service and talk to Kevin in retail store ! Im highly satisfied with my experience at this store .

  I used to visit the Wheat Ridge location until I spent the extra few minutes going to the one in Golden. It was a whole different level of service, amenities, and amazing people. I would highly recommend the Golden location to anyone looking for any RV and camping needs. This location OSS second to none!

  DO NOT BUY HERE. Everything is the classic sleazy salesman garbage with surprise costs and upsells. If you buy a NEW camper, you have to pay to have it cleaned or accept it "as is." If you get their financing, prepare for ridiculous fees. If you want them to check to see if everything works, you have to PAY them to do it. They want $300 for the "required" trailer brake controller, even if you are pulling it home dry and underweight. And they think it's their job to have you insure your trailer before taking it, and guess what? They'll sell you insurance that gives them some kickback. Drive around town and watch for used trailers. They don't last many years anyway. Why buy a new one with all the extra fees only to find out it breaks down almost immediately?

  Serious lack of follow thru after the sale. I needed help with the tow package they sold me but can't get anyone to return my calls. When I enquired about the trailer before purchase I received calls, texts and emails but now nothing. Dealership called me today to schedule "warranty" work? I guess there are items that needed to be completed after the sale but no one ever told me anything? Called the financing company and they can't find me in their system. Told me Camping World hasn't sent any paperwork to them, so I don't know who to make payments to or an account number or anything! Its been over 4 weeks so pretty sure my payment will be late! Just terrible service all round!
