HEADS UP Don’t purchase RV from Camping World during the annual event sale at beginning of the year. I have purchased campsite ultra from them. Beginning of this year 2026. Was told that this was pre owed unit but never used and it come with 1 year manufactures warranty, me and my wife went camping for the first time at the end of April. Come to find out: water heater did not work, had a leak at bathroom where the water filter was at, Canopy will not open properly, trim pieces inside a camper were loose, backup camera does not work, took it back to the dealer in Colorado, wheat ridge store, camper was there for a 1 month, part of the problems were fix but not all of it, pick it up and when camping that weekend. Comes to find main slid will not open, just made grinding noise, took it back to get it fixed under warranty, now they are telling us that we don’t have any manufacturer warranty on this unit (we only had this since end of January, so 6 months into warranty period) This is my second RV that I have purchased from Camping World and I will not do anymore business with them They don’t care about you once you sign the paperwork. All they want is your money Salesman and financed people will lie straight to your face just to make sale..😡😡😡😡

Poor sales approach! On our part-we did show up unannounced. We had looked at this Class C coach only a few days before. So we asked to take a test drive. But oh my gosh-the fuel gauge was in the red and check engine light was on. Management said they could get to refueling in 3-4 hours. Or the other option was for us to pay to put diesel in the coach. So we ended up taking a very short drive. This is basically a 300,000 coach!! You would think they would have liked to make a sale To say the least our sales associate knew very little about the coach and made no attempt to make a sale. He said he was going to research the coach and turned around and left.

This was a disappointing experience. My husband and I initially decided not leave a review, and just move on, but after taking our camper out on its first trip, we discovered that the sewage tank was full of dirty black water, who knows how long it had been sitting in the tank. Upon hooking up at our first stop and getting everything going the entire trailer smelled like poop! Initially we went in to pick up this camper on a Saturday morning, only to find out that it wasn’t ready to be picked up. The service team had damaged one of the compartment doors. The awning didn’t work and nobody called us to go over this before we drove all the way up there to pick it up. We completed all the paperwork paid all the money got promises and promises of daily updates for when this camper would be ready for pick up. We waited an entire week with no phone calls until we had to call repeatedly and file a complaint with the manager in order to get somebody to call us back with an update on our camper. We finally got the update with the promise of a call back the following Monday by the end of business. on that day, We ended up having to call back at 6 o’clock that evening because nobody had called us back, after being passed around and it taking over 30 minutes we finally got some answers. When we returned 2 weeks later, the compartment door still wasn’t in. No one met us at the camper to review the work completed and do a fina walk though. They just wrote us off. If you’re looking to spend a bunch of money and then not be provided the services necessary to pick up your new camper, this is the place to go.

Holy moly, i don't know where i should even start. The salesman (dont recall his name) made sure that we didnt put in an offer in for less but to modify there camping package instead because that “wouldnt affect his commission”. Since the camper was what we wanted we made a deal at the listed price. Pick up was an absolute disaster, i got a call at work saying it was all good to go and ready for pick up. This camping world was about 3hrs from us but when i get there they had to go search for it. After waiting for about two hours they finally had it ready. No walk through was given when they finally found it. The items that were included in the package were no where to be found. The keys had to be shipped to us because they misplaced them. I get home and notice there is no spare tire. As im going through the paperwork that camping world provided i found that the previous owner had replaced all the tires including the spare. I contacted the previous owner to hopefully get some insight on the camper since no walk around was given. Come to find out that they had bought this camper and had it only a couple of months due to them picking it up from camping world and on the way home breaking an axle that they had to pay for. The lady said she had to beg camping world to take it back since in the time they owned it, it had sat in a shop. None of this info was given by camping world. They refused to give us a spare tire. Trying to get ahold of someone is a nightmare. And our first bill came in today and the total amount is higher than what was signed on the contract. Id give a zero star if i could.

CAUTION! DON'T BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD, THEY ARE SHADY AS ALL H3LL! Not only sold me a problematic RV with countless amounts of undisclosed issues, they nearly killed me and my family by selling me an RV with a RETREAD tire ON THE FRONT. Now not only is this ILLEGAL it is inexplicably dangerous. Now I did not know the tire was a retread until the ENTIRE TREAD separated from the tire at the worst possible time. First trip we took it on and were driving on a narrow 2 lane highway through the mountains, so practically next to nothing for a shoulder and a very steep decline. If driving a motor home wasn't stressful enough in and of itself with heavy winds the illegally placed front passenger tire's ENTIRE tread came apart from the tire itself and in the process of the tread separating from the tire it just so happened to rip out our front passenger brake line and destroyed the abs sensor as we were going highway speed and down a very steep decline. The only reason we survived was thankfully my boyfriend a mechanic was driving and knew not to let off the brake when the pedal went all the way to the floor indicating the fact that we had just lost our brakes. At the time that all of this happened I had only owned the rv for about one month. We got stuck 4 extra days outside of an auto zone and mind you, this was after 8 hours of being stuckon the side of a highway with a cliff on one side and cars flying by on the other and shaking the entire rv with every passing no matter how small the vehicle and 3 adults, a toddler, 2 dogs and a cat aboard. Luckily (or so I thought at the time) I bought the roadside assistance and the wheel and tire coverage but still had to pay $900+ out of pocket for the tire that HAD TO BE installed before they were willing to even tow us off the mountain. I had numerous different claims in regards to this situation and NEVER got reimbursed for any of it. My boyfriend did all the work to make it drivable enough to get us home and by some miracle made it home safe. I contacted the dealership and tried allowing them to right there devastatingly wrongs. We live about 2 hours away so $300+ in gas alone to get there in the RV and take our everyday vehicle back so everytime it needs fixing it's not cheap so I tried giving them ample amount of time to fix it but everytime I called in to check on the progress they needed more time. They ended having it for 6 months out of the nine months I've owned it (all while still having to make payments on it monthly and keep it insured) and they STILL didn't fix what they said they were working on, broke things that weren't broken when I brought it in and the very little they did fix they mostly made worse. I am in need of an attorney at this point (please comment if anyone has an inexpensive but still good reference for one). Update: I reached out to the information provided in the response comment. After a week I DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE BACK. I had once again reach out but this time to CORPORATE. Maybe this time I'll get a reliable response and resolution. It is apparent this company DOES NOT value safety. And in the 6 months they had my RV they were using it for PARTS. Also, DO NOT bother purchasing a warranty- its a joke. NO ONE WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP.
