Now I know why this store is always empty i was in this store yo buy some filters for my car , I was attended for a woman with gray shirt, at the moment to pay I present a voucher that days before some other guy gave me for a piece that I returned in this store, in a rude mood she checked the voucher and told me this is nothing, when I asked her to return my voucher she broke in pieces throwing to the trash, I rarely visit this store but now I'll never come back for sure, try o'rally in front, better and friendly service.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this AutoZone in Golden, Colorado! We came in needing help while changing the alternator on my 2015 Acura RDX. My dad is a mechanic, but he had never worked on this particular vehicle before, and unfortunately, we showed up without any tools. What started as a quick stop turned into us being there for 10 HOURS, and the staff was incredibly patient, helpful, and supportive the entire time.
Timmy, Alex, and the store manager, Bre, went above and beyond to help us figure things out and get the job done. They were so kind and never made us feel like we were bothering them, even though we were there for such a long time. They genuinely cared about helping us get our vehicle back on the road.
We ended up having to come back the next day because we needed a new serpentine belt, and once again, the staff was helpful and made the whole process so much easier.
You don’t always come across employees who are willing to go this far out of their way to help someone, and I truly appreciate every single one of them. Timmy, Alex, and Bre—thank you so much for everything you did for us! You guys made a stressful car repair experience so much less stressful, and your kindness definitely did not go unnoticed.
If you’re in the Golden area and need parts or help with your vehicle, I highly recommend this AutoZone. Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Timothy and Alex were two of the best auto parts salesmen I’ve ever met. Informative, approachable, and extensively knowledgeable about the product. I’m confident I left with what I needed because of their first hand experience with the product. I went yesterday to purchase a new battery, and have someone install it. Shannon was the one that helped me. What an awesome lady! She was so helpful, so professional, and explained everything she was doing. She is a true asset to the company, it's rare to see employees happy with their job, and that shows. I will recommend Auto Zone Golden, to everyone I work with. It was a positive experience from the moment I walked in the door, to when I left.
I was in there earlier today looking for a part and the person working there named Joel was very irritating to deal with, he was just sitting on some table with wheels while playing on his phone while the other people working were being friendly and helpful to the other customers. I had to deal with Joel who seemed annoyed that he had to help me and get off his phone. He gave me a very bad impression of this Autozone. Every time I have gone in here the other people working are very helpful and friendly. Joel is a very lazy individual and I hope the right person reads this and fixes this issue so that customers can receive the quality customer service this Autozone has shown me in the past. Every other experience has been great, this one not so much unfortunately.
