  Anthony is the man! Great technician, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had one vehicle that needed a full windshield replacement and another that needed a rear chip repair. Scheduling them together was very difficult on Safelite's part. Anthony was accommodating and understanding about the scheduling difficulties; he got both done in a timely manner during the same visit.

  Great work at the Glenwood Springs location. Second one this year in 2 different cars. Better communication this time - came to my home - were quick - communicative - great work - easy - A+. They’ve done both an Audi and a Jeep for me - A+ all around. I’m very picky on ky cars - and an 110% satisfied in every way!

  I easily arranged an appointment with Safelite, who dealt directluy with my insurance company, State Farm. The Safelite technician, Anthony, appeared at my house at the appointed time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. An hour later he came back in and said he was finished--I had a new windshield and a recalibration of my rearview cameras. I went outside, and sure enough, everything was finished--and perfect. Anthony gave me some tips on how to optimize the windshield over the next 48 hours. It was the most effortless satisfying experience I have had as a car owner.

  At first I was excited about my appointment. Lots of great communication. BUT the day of my appointment they sent me an email with the time of appointment still being between 8a-5p. I called the Glenwood office and the woman said that the technician will call me with a better window of time. She also told me that the technician was running behind and will call me after 9. I got a call at 9:43a with a time of 4:30p. At 4:54p I have not heard from the guy so I called him. His update time would be 6:30p. This is truly upsetting in so many ways. Once the technician came, he was super kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job. I would suggest making an appointment and going to the actual sight, so your not waiting around all day.
