It's easy to not do it the right way, then you have to go through an annoying reset process that makes you look at the device while driving. I started 2 hours ago and still have not talked to a person. DO NOT put yourself through the Hell I have gone through with this company and choose another company. There are lots out there.

Doesn’t work. They also can’t seem to help me get both devices on the same calibration cycle even though I offered to pay extra to have one calibrated early. Edit: A representative said he would call me back and fox the issue. It never got fixed so I had to create a separate account. Also, on my new account I was quoted $47 biweekly and I am now being charged $58. I would not recommend Intoxalock.
