I had a wonderful experience. They brought my rental to the body shop where my car was being fixed and picked up my rental car from the body shop when I picked up my car. They picked out a rental car that was perfect for me and comfortable for my family. They were kind, professional and efficient even when they were temporarily understaffed. I was very impressed with the service at this location.

I use the Enterprise location in Glenwood Springs regularly, and I have consistently had excellent experiences here. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been cheerful, knowledgeable, professional, and impressively efficient.
What stands out most is how hard the staff works. This location often appears to be seriously understaffed, sometimes with just one person trying to handle customers, vehicles, phone calls, and everything else at once. Despite that, they somehow keep things moving and maintain a genuinely positive attitude.
Today I called because I had accidentally left my garage-door opener clipped to the sun visor of a rental. The employee I spoke with immediately ran outside to check the vehicle, came back to the phone, confirmed they had found it, and told me I could pick it up anytime.
That kind of helpfulness is typical of my experiences here. I’ve met employees filling in or working on rotation, including people coming from as far away as Silverthorne, who have stepped in and run the Glenwood location with remarkable competence and good humor.
This is a hardworking little Enterprise location with people who clearly care about taking care of their customers. They deserve both recognition and enough staffing to support the excellent job they’re already doing.
I made a reservation, did a pre-checked in, but still they didn’t have a car ready to make my request and I had to wait for 30 minutes to get a car.

If I could give zero stars I would. My car broke down, towed 2.5 hours to Glenwood, booked a mini van on enterprise website while I was still in the tow truck, no Ubers around here so I took my mountain bike off my broken down car and rode 3 miles from the auto shop to the enterprise store just for them to say they have zero rentals available. 2 mini vans needed oil changes and the truck had a cracked windshield with nothing else available and a 6 person wait list for a car. In the past, other rentals have given a courtesy call if this happens but this enterprise decided not to. Why does enterprise even allow you to book a car that isn’t available. Meanwhile I could have called for someone to start the 2 hour drive to come get me WAY sooner rather than wasting MANY HOURS expecting a rental car and then waiting another 2 for someone to come pick me up. Never again enterprise, you guys are awful

We had a confirmed reservation for 8:30 AM and drove an hour from Aspen to pick up the car so we could get our own vehicle into the shop before heading home with our camper. This appointment was critical for us. When we arrived, the employee told us they didn’t have our car because they were prioritizing other customers who had wrecked theirs.
There was zero communication ahead of time, no call, no email, nothing to let us know our reserved vehicle wouldn’t be available. We were left standing there with no solution and no regard for our time or the plans we had already set in motion.
Because of this location, our entire day was wasted and our car service appointment was ruined. We’re furious with how this was handled, and I absolutely do not recommend this Enterprise branch.
