  I’m really disappointed of this place. My transmission got bad. I have warranty so I went to Bighorn Toyota at GS. They changed it and right after the transmission has been changed some rattling sound started. I went there again and they lied to me that the shocks struts have to be changed.First of all when they changed the transmission they gave me an estimate what I have to do on the car and shocks weren’t a problem. Second of all the rattling sound started immediately after their work on the transmission and they said it was a coincidence, I don't think so. Third of all the price they gave it to me for shocks struts is more than ridicules(almost $3100)!!! Left and right sets are $320 from Denver and $500 from their part’s shop! How the Labor is coast $2600-$2800??? I will never gonna return there! Are they thinking that people are that stupid! So I have to spend money now to found out from where the rattling sound is coming and what they did wrong to my car! Oh, also I asked them how I can turn off my Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) and the advisor told me it’s impossible to do it for Toyota cars! Then I called a friend who works in North Caroline in Toyota and he told me how to do it and I did it! How they cannot know simple things like that???

A special thank you to Rodrigo for making the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and never made us feel pressured. We truly appreciated his honesty and the time he took to answer all of our questions and make sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. Kudos to Lynda from Finance who provided us with kind and outstanding detailed explanation on every aspect of the additional products options and the sales contract/agreement. Thank you, Lynda!   I had been taking my 2024 4Runner here for checkups,oil changes service ECT and I have to say the quality of service is 2nd to none! The entire staff is friendly, professional , welcoming and just a wonderful group of human beings ! Love this place the service provided and wouldn't go anywhere else.They have gone out of their way to make sure I've been taken care of above and beyond♥️ when I hadn't been in for a while they asked. They called and asked me if everything was okay with me and the vehicle when I told them I had not been in because I had a financial struggle for a season and had to trade my 4Runner off but then I went and got it back. They told me to come in they would change the oil. Check the vehicle top to bottom. Rotate the tires. Make sure the vehicle was sound and all I will have to pay for it is the oil. And they were sorry to hear the tough time I'd had. But glad I got my 4Runner back... I mean who does that? These guys are over the top Amazing! Thank you to all the stuff at bighorn Toyota and Mr Valario!!!! God bless and THANK YOU SO MUCH 😉❤️

  Ive been an 8 year loyal customer of this location. Have purchased over $3,000 worth of OEM parts and was planning on buying more for my old Toyota. I called the parts department today to check and see how many seal kits and or gaskets/ o-rings i would need for a job. They said "they no longer give out part numbers so that I couldnt go and buy it somewhere else." I need the part number to check the schematic online of the job Im planning on doing and see if there's anything else that I might need. Also this place is 1 hr away. Would really suck to buy expensive OEM parts, drive an hr each way, then get halfway through the job to find out that I need more seals. Such a bummer. The fact that they dont want to give out part numbers anymore for fear of business elsewhere tells me that maybe they have been over charging all along. Be careful with this place.
