  I scheduled an appointment for brake pads and rotor resurfacing. I scheduled the appointment for a reason, needed my car back by 5 pm. I was told that would be workable. While I was checking in a woman expressed her frustration for waiting 3 hours and they hadn't even started on her car, that's why I wanted to know if the 5 pm pickup was going to happen. I'm still sitting here at 630 pm waiting While I have a pet in a crate at home. That's why I wanted to do the appointment. It's really not okay to make me wait for 1.5 hours longer than was agreed.

  I've been working with Adam, the GM for a few years now and can always count on getting a fair price and an honest assesment of what service needs to be done on my vehicles and what the priorities are. Everyone's biggest fear with car repairs is getting ripped off and I have had enough confidence with Adam to even send my wife independently knowing that she would be well taken care of. I highly recomend Adam and the Glendale location of Brakes Plus. Pro Tip: Always check to see if there are any coupons online before visiting as it can save yo a litle money (or ask when you go in).

  Told me upfront that there was nothing wrong with my car, and that there was no need to fix anything. Free brake inspection when any other company could have easily tried to sell me something pricy. Great place, great people, great location.

  They were so quick a to diagnose the sound my brakes were making! Andrew and the crew THEN went out of their way to let me know of another problem they were able to identify and helped put together something I could afford so I could hit the road safely again. Ridiculously cool and kind group of guys who are good at what they do!! :)
