  I came in close to the end of the day, and I was greeted by staff who were cheerful and working hard. It was super refreshing to see a team of people who were making the most of getting to do the work that they do! Their positive energy was contagious. Thank you for the great service!

  I guess they got the job done…. Hopefully. Most expensive oil change I’ve ever had. I had to clean my steering wheel and gear shift when I got home because they were covered in oil. Didn’t realize the oil on the seat until my daughter was getting in that evening.

  The employees who handled my truck were friendly and they seemed altogether good. The surprise of $171.00 dollars was not expected for an oil change. In google the average for my vehicle shows between 60.00 & 140.00 I had my receipt emailed to me and haven't looked at it yet. I felt like that was thirty to forty dollars more than what was showed to me on the deals available. I could be wrong. I was just surprised That said the crew working was great friendly and fast

  Ok. However my experience at the Roy Utah location was a catastrophe. When I arrived at the Garden City location was to correct an issue with the front differential which was leaking after Roy UT was told only do the rear differential. I called Roy Utah a few days earlier and ask them if they touched my front differential, they said yes they checked the level in it and I said well I told you guys not to touch anything except for the rear and I said that the front of French was leaking so they told me to take it into a Grease Monkey in my location so I did and so they I asked him to also check my rear differential to make sure that they did the work on it like they said they were gonna and they replace the gasket because actually the O-ring, because they didn’t replace the O-ring in the front one when they opened it so when they opened it and they checked that, I said well let me take a look and see what kind of condition the rear differential Fluid is in, so they showed me The differential fluid in a cup it was black the Manager AT the Garden City location said that it looks like they may have only just topped off my rear differential and didn’t suck out the rear differential fluid that was in there previously so I had to pay an extra $227 to get my rear differential corrected because the magnet had about a quarter of an inch maybe half inch of sediment on it fine silver metal fragments and that’s because that differential fluid was cooked because they didn’t replace it. So what I want you guys to do is I want you guys to refund me my money for the service that was supposed to be given, but wasn’t in Roy Utah and you can contact me on the phone and talk to me too and explain why this stuff happened because it’s less than 32 days or something like that and there’s no reason in the world that that should’ve been that color in my truck .
