  I came in needing some help with the battery, and Ayla and the team went above and beyond to help get me on my way. They worked as quick as they could, and everyone was super knowledgable and gave me a good overview of what I needed. 15/10, Would definitely recommend to a friend.

  Recently bought a 2002 F150 and my brother (a mobile mechanic in Windsor, CO) advised me that it needed an oil change and to get the differentials checked. As always, I drove to the Fort Collins location from Greeley, CO. Ayla and her crew are genuinely always top-tier with regard to attitude, procedure, service and quality (and she NEVER misses an opportunity for on-the-spot training). They are EXCELLENT at communicating with each other, as well as me, and I always leave knowing that my vehicle left in much better condition than it did pulling into the bay. There is no one in the state of Colorado who I would trust to do differential service more than Evan. He is excellent at spotting mechanical issues, to let me know what to watch out for, and always does everything to spec and I have never had any leaks I didn't bring with me. Kevin was a very careful, thorough, and efficient top-side service technician. Good call-outs. It is good to know that even in uncertain times, we can always trust the quality of service at the Fort Collins location (as much as we trust the quality of products from Valvoline ).

  Danielle, Evan, and Ariana did an amazing job changing my headlights. They were so quick to work on it when I stopped in. They also did a fluid top off and added air to my tires just to be thorough and kind. I really appreciate the hard work and kindness I was shown at valvoline and will be coming back!

  Ayla, Aragorn and Gage here are awesome! My car was leaking oil like crazy from the last oil change that I did at a different establishment. I was able to get to the Valvoline and they were so thorough and quick in identifying the issue, fixing it so my vehicle was safe to drive again, and providing photos and detailed notes for me to give feedback to the place that messed up. Overall I’m so impressed by the service I received and will plan to come here for vehicle maintenance moving forward.

  They staff was very friendly and quickly got me into the bay. They provided highly professional service and answered all my questions. We are a fleet customer who had problems with the corporate billing. The service center manager Ayla was very helpful in assisting us on resolving the issue. I would highly recommend valvoline to any questions be especially fleet customers.
