  This is a great touch-free car wash it is just extremely expensive. The monthly plans are a better value if you wash regularly but I do not so I just go there when I need a really good touch-free wash. It is definitely better than most of the others but I'm not paying $25 for their top option. It is very nice that they have two separate bays for the auto wash and several other bays to do a manual wash. Again it is a very good car wash but probably the most expensive one in Fort Collins which is pretty rough, cheers!

  Good equipment, but you should be aware that give your vehicle a deep and thorough clean you’re going to have to pay for it. I spent $42 yesterday on my wash and vacuums, and I did all the work.

  Top notch Carwash! Self serve or automatic, it's up to you! All the equipment in the self serve bays works great every time, as well as the vaccumes and the dog wash! This is a well maintained car wash, and there is no riff raff slithering around asking for handouts! 🤣 I did however have a couple problems with extra purchases in the self serve bay, I seen a phone # on the website, you know for problems or questions... I figured it was a sham # and a waste of time, $ lost... Right?!? No way let me say this place has a phone # someone actually responds to, Hannah is her name! She immediately responded to my text, and immediately made my problem into a pleasant experience! Very rare these days to find a company that promptly takes care of their customers, without any attitude or anything! I don't normally write reviews, but when a good review is due... 👍🏻👍🏻 Hannah, your awesome, thank you again! 🫵🏻🤘🏻

  1 of the 2 bays is shut down more often than not. Superior wash is anything but. Spot free rinse leaves nothing but spots all over. Soap never gets rinsed off. If you enjoy overpaying for a mediocre wash, this is the place for you! If you enjoy washing your car after you wash your car, this is the place for you!

  This location has really gone downhill. It is almost guaranteed that every time I visit, something is out of order. Frequently, one of the two automatic touchless wash bays is down, resulting in extremely long lines for the remaining bay. Because of this, I’ve often had to use the self-service bays instead, which is not what I signed up for. I chose Autowash specifically because it offers touchless automatic car washes with a monthly membership. If I wanted to use self-service bays, I could go elsewhere. Unfortunately, the self-service bays have their own problems. Nearly every time I’ve used one, at least one function or product has been unavailable, and you don’t find out until after you’ve scanned your membership and started the wash. On my most recent visit, the soap wasn’t working, so I ended up rinsing my car with water only. I shouldn’t have to contact customer service after every visit to report issues that should be caught through routine maintenance. At this point, if another local company offered a comparable unlimited touchless automatic wash membership, I would switch immediately. This location clearly needs more attention from management. Also, for a company that relies heavily on its app, it would be helpful if the app showed which bays are out of service and current wait times before customers make the drive.
