It takes longer to navigate than the old controls, and there’s a noticeable delay between selecting a function and the equipment actually switching over, which makes the whole wash less efficient. During my visit, the “spot-free rinse” never seemed to clear the soap and continued spraying soapy water instead, making it difficult to finish the wash properly. Overall, the recent “upgrades” feel like they made the process slower, more frustrating, and more expensive without improving the experience. I hope management considers simplifying the system and addressing the equipment issues.

Will be adding to this list as it appears evey week something is broken here.
