- KSKatie Stamp2 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. After waiting in line for a few minutes, I was told at 5:16 p.m. that they were closing early and would not be able to service my vehicle. Multiple other customers were turned away as well. The staff members who were there were friendly and apologetic. They explained that they had been left without enough staff to continue operating after their new manager left early. They also shared that this has been an ongoing issue since the new manager started and expressed frustration that the area manager has not addressed it. Customers beware!

- JBjon bJul 30, 20261.0Over an hour and a half in the bay, employees, stripped one of the screws and cracked one of the components, they actually had to go to an auto parts store to buy a replacement, but reassured me that I wouldn’t have to pay for it, lol. They removed my skid plate, now the skid plate is covered in oil, fingerprints, and what was once gray is now black. Horrific experience to say the least. Employees bitching about lack of staff, employees audibly, complaining about their jobs underneath the car, Employee smoking while on the clock. What a joke of an establishment.
