  I was not satisfied with my oil change. It was expensive, they didn’t even bother to check my tire pressure or even ask me if I wanted it checked, they said my windshield washer fluid was full but when I looked, I couldn’t even see anything, it was only 2/3 of the way full, which tells me they didn’t bother topping it off. I have very serious doubts about whether or not they even change the oil filter, because it was just so quick and they were so careless.

  It always amazes me how people treat others in small local mountain towns... Had the pleasure of getting my oil changed here this morning. First, they were out of my oil filter. That's fine, I waited while they ran to Napa to get one. Not sure they knew my window was down, but they were training a new employee and talking about these "luxury" cars with rich people in the county. I can assure you, my car is not luxury and I am not rich. Finally, they proceed to change my oil and once completed, didn't know how to check oil pressure in a Volvo. Pretty standard mountain car. Asked if I was comfortable leaving... Well, did you put oil in my car and change it like I paid $137 (with a coupon) for you to do? Will not be returning...

  We’ve had several oil changes here over the years, all with great service … until our last visit. Most recently, they’d forgotten to put all the screws back on the skid plate/access plate on our car, resulting in damage. I drove away and picked up my husband and returned immediately due to the noise and rattling under the car (which wasn’t there before the oil change). After waiting in line again (about 30 mins but less than 1hr from service time), the service tech looked underneath, saw the damage and realized what they’d done. (Failure to screw it back on correctly, and leaving one screw out altogether, meant that it flapped and cracked once the car was driven away.) The manager, Kenny, agreed to replace the part and promised to call us once he had the part delivered there. This was at the end of March…. we are still waiting for them to make it right. We are calling to follow up (yet again) and will update this review when the damaged part is replaced. Up until now, we’d have given this location 5 stars…. mistakes happen, so hopefully they’ll do right by us eventually.
