  Richard and Ernesto were great. Richard was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He helped me reset my oil change code and the service was wonderful. I will return Saturday with my wife's vehicle.

  They got me in immediately and I was in/out quick. The manager was extremely attentive, as well as the other team members who helped me. They went over everything with me thoroughly too. Really an all around amazing experience.

  This was my 1st time at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I researched online and you sent me a $25 off coupon. There was one person ahead of me when I arrived, lucky me! They were soon on their way, and I was ushered into the bay. Other cars were starting to stack up behind me, so the gentleman that had been talking to me started moving one into the other bay. I figured while I waited I would call Sam's Club to schedule a tire rotation. To my surprise they were done so much faster than I anticipated. I actually had to call Sam's back to finish our call. I don't think I was even in the bay for a full 10 minutes, let alone the 15 minutes advertised. Staff were friendly and I was on my way in no time, on a day when I really needed to go get other things done.

  I found the employers of this shop knowledgable, respectful, and honest. Ernesto was patient with all of my questions and his customer service reflected the core values of Valvoline. He wasn't condescending and I will recommend this place to all my girlfriends. I was not only impressed by the quick and thorough care, but they ran some standard checks as a bonus part of their standard care. 11/10 - highly recommend. PS - I didnt have doggo with me, but they have treats! 💕🐕

  From the manager to the individual technicians, everyone was courteous and professional. They provided helpful suggestions for additional services beyond my full service oil change, but did not “hard sell” me if I chose not to take a recommendation. The price for the services performed were quite fair and they even provided me with a military discount. Very satisfied!
