This review is for Cameron. This gentleman took the time to fix something that a different location sold and had a defect at installation. I didn’t even have an appointment but I’m a cross country rv traveler from Alaska, and was stuck near the springs. I didn’t know the first thing about the area I was in. Cameron took the time out, and the service area was pretty tied up. I thought I’d be stuck trying to find a hotel and where to stay. Was super stressful, but Cameron got up under my rig and began to repair it and have it function perfectly. Thank you Cameron and Camping World for getting me back on the road the same day!! Good employees are hard to come by these days, folks like Cameron let remind you that there are some people in the world that actually care about your happiness and satisfaction. Thanks again my man! Front desk lady was rude and had an attitude. Sales manager was equally dismissive and unhelpful. Sales staff is pushy and there’s an overall arrogance within their culture at this location. I would highly recommend seeking alternative options when searching for a new or used motor home or camper. 👎👎

AMAZING SERVICE & people!! We were traveling and had battery problems. Dakota in the service department was awesome, friendly and didn’t give up until he found the issue. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go! Sherry at the desk was wonderful too. Everyone there was so helpful and understanding. THANK YOU Dakota This place is great!!!

I seriously cannot stress enough customer to stay away from this dealership and service location. They installed used batteries in our RV. They are the wrong size for our Rv. Sold us a floor unit without telling us it was a floor unit. Once we paid, they never return our calls or messages. They genuinely just want your money and forget about you. They had our brand new unit for over a month in storage for repairs. When we went to pick it up, nothing had been done.
