**UPDATE** Here's the update to my previous novel on this topic. We finally got our trailer back about one month ago. Jayco finally replaced the entire leveling system. We've camped in it 2x and haven't blown up or caught on fire yet. Probably too soon to know if the issues have been permanently fixed but so far so good. Now let me back up a bit and preface this whole update with we hired an attorney shortly after my last post. We did a lot of research regarding what laws protect consumers from situations like this and what type of attornies are specialized to handle this type of situation. Laws vary state to state. We held the manufacturer responsible for their faulty product and they made right after some twisting. CW's customer service, however, is still horrible. Once they have your money they couldn't care less what happens. Find somewhere else to spend your money! If you have issues with your trailer, find an attorney that knows how to pursue it. Read up on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. DO YOUR REAEARCH so you don't get shafted by a shady attorney. We didn't pay a penny until we settled and we paid a flat fee that was negotiated prior to retaining them. Good luck and stay away from CW! HAPPY and SAFE CAMPING!!
