  Camping World had the basics covered, and the staff were pleasant enough during our visit. The free ice cream was a nice touch and definitely appreciated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the parking lot and RV display area. The lot felt extremely cramped, with RVs parked only inches apart in some areas, making it difficult to properly view inventory. Parking for customers was also limited, and we ended up seeing most people park on the street and walk in because the lot was so crowded.

  First thing, don’t outfit campers with systems you don’t support! My camper is less than a year old and one of your top sellers and you don’t carry the water filter! Second, the man who answered the phone was rude and hasty. Unknowable and clearly not paying attention when I am reading what the label says. Asked questions I already answered and cut me off to check prices when I was looking to see if you have it in stock. Took so long I (24 min drive) I made it to the store and just hung up and went in to find they don’t have it and the parts department was empty so not sure the rush to get off the phone with me. More and more I am regretting buying from this company.

  The used campers we toured were dirty, and in some cases were actually falling apart. We looked at two used teardrop campers that were both listed around 19,000 dollars and both had broken components and interior damage; in one of them the skylight interior window frame was falling off onto the bed. The salesman was surprised by the damage but didn't offer any insight about whether those things could be fixed. For the prices they are charging at Camping World, we did not feel that the quality or condition of the campers were worth the price. We were able to purchase a brand new trailer from another dealer for less than any of the used trailers on offer.

  Well, where do I begin?? Late to middle of September 2025, I began my search for a camper! I had luckily met a gentleman (sales) who hooked me and my wife up with a good camper, brand new! We pulled the trigger on it, came up with the money for the down payment, we were ready to go! We arrived around noon, we had waited until about 8pm before a few sales managers said they were closing up shop unless we wanted to wait longer to sign paperwork, we were at the location till almost midnight when we finally started signing papers. No biggie, they were busy. Once we arrived at our campsite, the jack had broke on the unit and I was unable to take it off my truck! No biggie right? We got the roadside coverage after all! Following morning I picked up the phone and gave them a call that I needed someone to come help me get the camper off my truck, they didn’t serve the area I was camping! Less than an hour from the fountain store! I was mad. Came back, I replaced the jack myself not a big deal. A week later I get a call, the bank doesn’t accept the loan terms that I had signed paperwork for when we purchased the RV! I had to go back and I was going to just return the unit when they had notified me it was “too late” and I “have to sign the new paperwork.” Okay, fine. We signed the papers again. Then my water heater goes out. I wait for two weeks, they replace it. After going on a trip the water heater went out, again! When I made a phone call in to Camping World, they had notified me about a LIST of repairs on my unit they had. I mean a list! After about another month, my unit was ready! We picked it up again after the birth of our baby boy and we stayed home for some time. Well, after we decided to finally get out of town, the water heater wasn’t working AGAIN! We canceled our trip and immediately took it back in to be repaired. I am now sitting on month four of waiting for parts. My warranty expires this September. I have been emailing, checking in weekly, nobody has ANY answers on the repairs for my unit! I’ll update this if anything can be resolved. I’d pray it does.

  Me and my fiancé bought our first RV at camping world and were beyond disappointed. Let me start with we had a great experience with the sales people, they were helpful and friendly. The service department and management team is the reason for this 1 star review. When we bought our RV, we PAID for the “let’s go camping” package that was an extra $1,700 for them to do a detailed inspection and make sure we’re good to immediately take it off the lot. We show up to pick up our RV and THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED THE DETAILING. We come back the next day and pick it up, everything seemed fine. We go camping and almost nothing was looked at. Our hot water heater wasn’t working, our sink had multiple leaks, our batteries were drained, our door was broken, our toilet was broken and leaking, and so much more. We contacted camping world and we scheduled to bring it in. They told us it would be about a week, which we were okay with. We didn’t hear anything after a week, waiting until 10 days after drop off. We called and they said it would be another 3-4 weeks at least, we had a trip planned 14 days after we dropped it off that we had to cancel. We got into contact with the manager John and he told us we’d get our RV ASAP with everything fixed. I was also told that because I wanted my “let’s go package” fee back, I’d hear from the GM. I’ve reached out MULTIPLE TIMES and will not get a response! insult to injury, we’re camping currently and the things we were told that were fixed AREN’T! Thank god we’re camping with other people and had support to help us address the issues.
