  They gave me the wrong parts so I returned them now they are saying I won’t get my money back for 2 weeks

  I went in to have my starter checked and to return a starter i purchased that was the wrong one. the lady that came up to the counter to help was rude right from the start and even with having a recipt would refund the starter. She was so rude that my wife had to walk away and go sit out side. The manger came over and she took the staryer to have it tested and said it was good. We'll in fact the starter was bad!!! I spent a week and about $600 dollars just to find out that it was the starter the whole time. I will never be going to autozone again in fort morgan they have lost my business for good. I would have givin a 0 if it would have let me.

  When I was driving from Wisconsin to California, I noticed that there is a slight hiccup with my car every time I would accelerate . I decided to go to the nearest AutoZone because I had such a good experience at my hometown one. I came to this AutoZone in Colorado and wanted to fasten my license plate as well as fix an under glow lighting that was dragging underneath my vehicle. Joe Colon Aponte greeted me and tried to help me immediately in solving the situation. I explained how I wasn’t looking to purchase anything large and this is where I met Hollie Higinbotham where she explained how they have some tape that I could use underneath my vehicle and I also explained how I had zip ties that were dragging that needed to be cut. they gave me a scissor and let me use the tools that they had to be able to adjust my license plate. Normally when I come to auto stores or go to a place, I am not met with good Customer Service because of my young age and most of the time the people that are inside auto stores or any stores for that matter will be helpful, but they won’t go above and beyond and these two individuals in particular that I’m writing this review for that did not ask me to write a review, but I felt that I had to write a review because of such good service. Also help me when I had a misfire cylinder three on my vehicle. I had a choice because of the store closing in two hours, whether or not to risk changing out my spark plugs and having them be done in time in order to continue my trip, which I ended up deciding to do and they helped me find the spark plugs and even let me use a spark plug change tool to change out my spark plugs to stay on the road. If it wasn’t for these two kind hearted great individuals that I experienced today I would’ve never been able to continue my trip to California and they are the sole reason that if I decide to go there and make it there, they will be the reason why I made it there and not on the side of the road. God has a way of helping you out when you need the most, and God was able to connect me with these two individuals that all they wanted to do is help and I really think that the higher management at this place needs to recognize these two individuals for the helpfulness that they provided. They also maintain safety protocols and did not go out to my vehicle to help me work on it which I understand is a safety concern and even though I wish that they would’ve helped me, I’m glad that they didn’t because their safety is more important than I believe somebody’s vehicle getting fixed which I was lucky enough to fix it in time before they closed. Thank you again Holly and thank you again Joe for your help now I am able to continue my trip and to have my car working great again.

  They gave us the wrong part twice in as many days, the part had to come down from Denver so each time we had to wait until the following day for them to try again. Finally got the right one on the third day, but it still caused me to miss multiple days of work. Overall it was an incredibly stressful experience.
