I was provided a loaner vehicle, and given a thorough and honest report on the work my truck needed. The quote they gave me for the work was reasonable and significantly less than Honda’s. Chrissie even gave me the option to source my own engine or choose from several from their source. I ordered an engine from an online source, but weeks went by and it still hadn’t shipped so I decided to cancel that order and go through their source. Chrissie found four options with detailed Carfax and mileage history, making it easy to choose the right one. The engine arrived the following week, and just a few days later my truck was ready. It runs like new, and they even washed it before I picked it up! The entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
