My appointment for a camera/sensor calibration wasn't until 9:30 AM, but I dropped by at 6:40 AM hoping to use the key drop before taking an Uber to work. Even though they didn't open for almost an hour, the staff was already there and happily offered to take my vehicle right in. The young lady I spoke with, Annie I believe, was so kind and made the whole process completely effortless. They saved me a couple Uber trips and made my entire day so much simpler. It's incredibly rare to find people willing to go above and beyond like this. Highly recommend!

They rescheduled me for a few days later without checking with me about the time. The windshield didn't arrive again and I didn't get a call until 5pm letting me know. Scheduled an appointment for today 6/14/26 at 9:30. I called to verify and was told they still didn't have the windshield! I finally got a number to the local store and called and spoke with AJ who was unprofessional and condescending on the phone. When I lost patience patience with him and he straight up lied about being the manager he hung up on me twice. He was offended that I used a swear word in my frustration. Over 2 weeks to try and schedule a simple windshield replacement. Just terrible customer service from this store.
