  We booked an appointment through the Geico app to have our cracked windshield replaced at our residence at 11am on August 19th. We recieved no correspondence and no one showed up. We called at 11:30, they told us to come in to the store because they needed to recalibrate our Subarus "eye sight" cameras after installing the glass, I was unable to go, hence the at home appointment so my 8 month pregnant wife volunteered to go over there and sat in their office for 3 hours while they worked on the car. They then told us they were unable to recalibrate the cameras and that they would need to buy official Subaru glass to fix the problem. We came back this Saturday 29th and after another 3 hours of waiting, Rubin (good guy) told us the new glass still did not allow them to recalibrate the cameras with their software but that we should not worry and that they would not charge us until everything was fixed. He told us to expect a callback later that day to reschedule. No one called. We recieved a booking time which we could not attend so we called the store directly using a number Rubin provided us with... we called 3 times this morning to reschedule and no one answered. So we called safelite corporate and asked what was going on... They said the appointment was a "placeholder" and that a third replacement piece of glass needed to be installed. So we asked if we could just go to the Safelite in Loveland to have the cameras calibrated there and they said "it doesn't work like that". They told us to expect a call from the store manager... About an hour ago we recieved it and he proceeded to try to lecture my wife, excusing the lack of a new appointment by saying we needed to pay the deductible, despite what we were told in store... For half a job. My wife was upset and somehow had enough composure not tell this guy where to get off. This is still unresolved. Tldr: Non existance communication both with us and amongst themselves. Half a job done Talking down to my pregnant wife. Appalling

  The overall experience was wonderful. Our technician Dan was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Had my mom’s windshield fixed in under an hour even though it was cracked everywhere. He also arrived early for us which was so nice!

  From the time I went into the Safelite establishment to the time the windshield replacement was completed at my home, the process was efficient, the job performed was excellent, everyone was very helpful and polite and professional, it couldn’t have been better. They even contacted my insurance company and took care of all those details (I had complete coverage for a damaged windshield replacement). The technician, Spencer, did a terrific job! I can highly recommend Safelite based on my experience..

  Service is good, but they don't have a local phone number so you have to drive there to ask a question. The automated help line hangs up on the caller when it says you are being referred to an agent.

  Staff was incredibly accommodating. I needed to get some things done and they worked around my schedule. I now know why their waiting area had about 30 awards hanging up. I highly recommend them!
