- TST Sowder3 days ago5.0Safelite did both of my vehicles, the techs and CS was very good. I have and will continue to use safelite glass. I have had very few issues.
- DCDana Carvalho6 days ago5.0After frustration dealing with my insurance company and then online scheduling issues, I finally got through to a live person who transferred me to Annie at the Fort Collins office. I explained to Annie what was going on with my insurance (they insisted on putting it in as a replacement when it was a rock chip repair), she tried to change it in their system but also ran into issues. She told me to bring my car in that day (I was concerned about it spreading as this was our snow storm days which went back to 80 degree weather the next day) and she'd get it in and taken care of for me. She did this and answered questions I had for one of my co-workers. She told me to have them bring their vehicle in that same day as well and they'd get it taken care of, and they did. Annie was polite, knew what she was doing and eased my frustrations after dealing with insurance and phone/online services for scheduling. The chip was repaired to my satisfaction and I would use them again based on my dealings with Annie.
