  Hey Guys I was looking for an Acura RDX I had been to several dealerships in Ft. Collins and Loveland no one had what I wanted they told me that I needed to go to Denver to find what I wanted my son dropped me off and was going to eat called me and said Mom I see your car we met at Pederson Volvo around noon and by four I was driving home in my new car exactly what I wanted thank you Brandon

  My first experience was helping my family member purchase an XC60 a few years back, Ryan S. was helping us from the start to finish with courtesy, extremely helpful information, and professional support. He’s very polite and just a great person! Fast forward to today, my XC90 is in need of their service, Andre was extremely helpful on the phone and though I have a service scheduled a couple of weeks out, he wanted to make sure my car is safe to drive and asked me to stop by for a quick visit. Once arrived, Alex from service department was there to help me and I was told that it would be best not to drive it until the issue is resolved. He was extremely polite and mindful that I had to take my daughter to her practice on time, got me a loaner car and took my car in without hesitation. Alex, we’re so thankful for you today! Ryan from Sales noticed us in the lobby and came say hi and chat for a bit, it was a pleasure to be recognized after a few years! Pedersen Volvo Cars is the only car dealership & service team that we’d trust our Volvos with (and will forever have our business!) The fact that they genuinely care about our safety is also top notch!

  I drove in from out of state and the vehicle was exactly as described, which immediately put me at ease. Brendan was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to be a helpful resource throughout the process. Jess in finance worked with me to find the warranty options that actually made sense and never pressured me. The trade-in process was extremely easy and transparent. Overall, this was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had; highly recommended.

  I was really hoping for a smooth process, but my experience left a lot to be desired. Dealing with the sales team felt like a major chore, and I felt like I was being pushed into decisions I wasn't ready for. The communication was pretty poor throughout, and I left feeling more stressed than satisfied with how everything turned out.
