CK and Chris were such a huge blessing to me in the car buying process. They helped me look at different used cars and made me feel supported instead of pressured. I did not buy a car there only because they just did not have the right one. I did take the one I found to Toyota to get looked at and they did a fantastic job looking it over making me feel comfortable buying it. Overall great people and place to work with.

Decided to check out new Volvo’s while ours was being serviced. Matthew greeted me and was such a joy to chat with about vehicles. He respected I was merely killing some time, learning about the newer electric models, and wasn’t interested in buying anything right away. He still took the time to unlock one and was really knowledgeable about the vehicle. I appreciated he treated me respectfully and not just another potential sales number and I’ll definitely circle back to him when I am ready to upgrade soon.

I purchased a 2023 Volvo XC90 a couple of months ago, and it was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Both my sales representative, Brendan, and the finance manager, Jess, were wonderful to work with. They were incredibly low-pressure, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The entire experience was easy, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. Oh, and the car is pretty awesome too. :)

Be careful with the games. Made an offer for a lease and once the dealer determined I knew my numbers, they magically were able to come down $8k over a 36 month term. If you don't know the market and numbers from external sources you are probably going to get hosed.

I deleted my previous 5 star to write another one- I had limited time so I went to another Volvo dealer closer to me in Denver for my 70,000 mile service recently. Not a bad experience by any means, but I have had better experiences at Pedersen everytime. (And I believe their pricing is more competitive too.) Ill be driving back up north for my next services for sure. Thanks for being awesome guys! You guys are hard to beat!
