While the staff are professional and courteous, they weren’t familiar with their partnership with SilverRock, Carvana’s warranty company, or how to initiate a claim for warranty service, even though this is on the list of SilverRock’s dedicated service providers and this specific location. Wasted a lot of time and ultimately had to go somewhere else.

I want to give a big shout-out to Junior Assistant Manager and Anthony General managerand the entire team at Grease Monkey for providing outstanding customer service. I had several issues with my vehicle, and they went above and beyond to help me with an oil change and address other concerns I had. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Anthony and Caleb did a full service oil change on my 2010 Honda Civic today and I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and the high quality of service I received. I had visited this location once before and had a relatively average experience, but the experience I had today completely turned my outlook on this location around. There was a bit of a wait due to high demand and by the time we had wrapped up I could see why. I cannot recommend this spot enough for your basic maintenance needs.
