  Kids argued about shifts and complained about previous customers before me while taking 2.5 hours to get a filter for my truck. They left the outside of my door, inside handle, and center console covered in oil. Later checked my district and I’m low! Other monkey locations have been ok but these guys are chimps

  I come here often, usually with decent service. However, I brought a coupon for an air filter purchase and the clerk did not honor it because he said it wasn't changed. I was charged for an air filter. I don't know if the air levels in my tires were checked, but the tire light indicator is on.

  First time changing my oil in CO. Drove up on a Saturday afternoon, an employee immediately came to my window with a smile! Directed me inside to look over the prices. Ray greeted me as soon as i got inside. I told Ray I wasn't sure which pkg to choose but money was tight. He was so friendly and said he could relate. He gave me the best pkg for the price! I left spending a lot less than I expected! I'll definitely be back! Oh, only took 30 min! On a Saturday!

  This place is a joke. Told it would be a 10 min wait to start the oil change, and 35 min later when the car was pulled into the bay I was informed that they did not have either the correct synthetic oil or filter for an Audi. When I asked why they didn’t tell me that when I arrived the employee had no answer. Save yourself a headache and go to a different GM location where they respect your time.

  My apologies for this concern as I was waiting to get off work to bring this event up. Earlier today 09/24/26, in between the hours of 12:30pm - 1:30pm, I was passing by the this Grease Monkey location as I was on my lunch. I happened to look over into the garage and saw one of the crew members to what looked like to have pointed a handgun in a playful manner. Is there a way to check security cameras if this is the case because gun safety is very important and who knows if it could’ve gone off and a stray bullet goes flying causing injury or death. I hope management or higher up can look into this and see footage as it raised a huge safety concern to me but also the public in that area.
