  These guys, especially Lucas and Dave, really went above and beyond to help us find a lean idle issue (it turned out to be a vacuum leak). They also took great care to finish all the other things we needed done on our car, and gave us recommendations on what we can do preventatively to help maintain our vehicle in its best shape.

  Lucas was the best, never have I ever had a mechanic break down my cost for future maintenance on any of my vehicles. He was very friendly and fully explained everything he was talking with me about. Even went back to check what had been done and still needs to be fixed He was cordial and transparent with me, I never leave in a good mood after spending money, Lucas changed that mindset , Made it a positive experience

  My high school senior went there to get a simple oil change. They up sold him on four different items that he didn’t need at all, but made it seem like it was necessary costing almost $300. I emailed the store my concerns with no reply. Taking advantage of a high school kid is a great example of your business practices and morals. We will be taking our business to the dealer which is cheaper anyway.

  The guys were fantastic. Came in for a quick oil change and mentioned having some issues with the vehicle. They were able to diagnose and let me know what was happening. Lucas and the mechanic at Big O Tires next door were able to figure out some issues that other mechanics have not been able to figure out.
