Watch your billing statement because they charged my card 4 TIMES for the same car rental!! Now I'm waiting for credit back to my card which is ridiculous. It should have NEVER happened in the first place. Plus when I got there they didn't even have the vehicle there available that Ihad reserved. They were going to substitute it for a different vehicle and I said fine I'll use it and I waited for them to get it ready and while I was WAITING, they had a similar vehicle arrive that I had reserved. Ugh, what a nightmare it has been with this company. It has finally been resolved but I wonder if I hadn't looked at my statement I would have been overcharged.
