Mitchell was especially helpful—he provided excellent customer service and even gave me a great discount, which I really appreciated. I also didn’t catch the young lady’s name at the front desk, but she was incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. While I was waiting, I overheard the staff helping another customer who urgently needed repairs completed by the following morning. Without hesitation, the team worked to accommodate their situation and made it happen. Seeing that level of dedication really speaks to the kind of business they are. It’s reassuring to know there’s an auto shop that genuinely cares about its customers and treats every vehicle with the care and attention it deserves. I highly recommend Brakes Plus to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and customer-focused service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.
