  Sold me a battery that is significantly smaller than factory size and does not fit properly in battery port. Obvious safety and securing issues. After returning the next day, wouldn’t let me exchange because I hooked it up for 5 minutes. Seriously? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Not stand up at all.

  Was late for work this morning due to a dead dang battery! Went to autozone over by the mall and was graciously helped by Mr Brady. He even helped put the new battery in my vehicle for me. Thank you so much my man for helping me out today! I wouldn't have been able to open my store on time if it weren't for your help. Thanks y'all!!

  Let me take a minute to shoutout my man Jerimiah W., he got us right. Me and my boyfriend come in to AutoZone with a Battery looking like it was straight buried in a Sarcophagus. Jerimiah provided excellent customer service, helping us choose which battery to get for our needs (chose the DuraLast Platinum Gel battery). After this, he removed the evil demonic devilish Pharoah's Curse battery during the March 12 2026 WIND STORM. Debris flying through the parking lot my man ain't worried; Jerimiah pried off the corroded terminals, removed the old battery, and installed the new one. All in all took under 20 minutes, from pulling up to pulling out. If y'all in the FoCo area and need expertise, look no further.
