  This is the best Autozone ive ever been to. My car is currently stuck there because it became unpaired with my key. Instead of turning me away to be on my own, Aiden is going completely out of his way to help me get it sorted. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. It can be hard being a woman who needs help with her car. It’s easy for people to scam and this place truly just wants to help.

  I only go to the store to buy a little oil to top off my car. But this guy Aiden start pressuring me so much to buy the full oil change kit. I tell him no various times, I say I don't have money for that, but he didn't respect me and keep insisting. He make me feel bad and disrespected. Because of him I end up spending more money than I can afford. Now I have almost nothing left and tonight I just eat a light dinner, like almost nothing, because of what Aiden did to me. Please, if Aiden is working, don't go there. He only cares about selling and not about the customer. Very bad experience, I don't recommend at all.

  Came in after I ordered a brake booster for my ram and discovered it was broken. Upon coming in I spoke to a gentleman named John. He took care of my exchange for the broken part and when it came time for the core charge to be returned there were a few snags. So I gave John my Business card and told him to just call me when he got it sorted. A few hours later John called me and told me to head to my local autozone here in Cheyenne and they would take care of me for the core charge. I will say John was by far the most professional and honest representative I have had the pleasure of dealing with at autozone. The way he had the can do attitude and talk to me like a friend really made me appreciate the level of customer service he provides. As the owner of a company myself I want to seriously recognize the outstanding customer service provided by John and I would like management to take note of his exemplary work.

  Luis!!! Thank you. Very helpful and easy going. Even got a vet’s discount just have to ask for it.
