I called in yesterday and spoke with Steve about an issue that I couldn’t solve myself due to lack of tools. I have a mini and it’s not conventional for most places to be able to help with most of the electronic elements to my vehicle. He spoke with me and got more understanding and offered to help me. He said he couldn’t promise anything but was more than willing to try and help. This was the most willing anyone in the area had been to help me. He wound up figuring it out and got the job done nearly 10x as fast as anywhere had even quoted me and he sat and talked with me the whole time helping me understand what he was doing. I’m a younger woman and typically don’t feel that I receive a level of respect at auto shops that I should. I felt respected and understood here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I’m so thankful.

Wonderful experience at ASR from start to finish. Requested an appointment to get a used vehicle I bought inspected and Steve got back to me right away and was able to get me in within a week. Service itself it was quick and Steve gave me a full breakdown of what my car could use from most to least urgent. Zero upselling, just straight facts that he explained to me with photos to back up the assessment. Price of inspection was more than fair and needed services look very reasonable. Been searching for an honest, quality shop in FoCo to service my vehicles and I’m thrilled to have found ASR. Would recommend to anyone.

I always worry about the reliability of a new mechanic. That is why I do tons of research before calling. Boy was I glad I called ASR! Not only did they hold true to their excellent online reputation - but they went above and beyond! Steve handled our needs from start to finish. I sent my college daughter there to diagnose a knocking noise. They were prompt, informative, professional and kind. I knew what was happening every step of the way and I knew without a doubt the recommendations were honest. From the diagnostic reports to the timeliness, the cost to the transportation - this is the BEST mechanic one could ever hope for. Thank you! ASR will have our business for life!

Steve and his team were great through the whole process of getting my car repaired! My car needed a cv axle replacement, and I did not know where to go to get this done. I decided to look up reviews on different automotive shops, and this one by far had the best ones! They were able to help me order the right part, get it fixed quickly, and all for a very reasonable price considering what was needing to get fixed. I really appreciate the work they did here! I recommend this place to anyone who has car needs.

My car started smelling like gas and I was scared to drive it anywhere. I am so thankful I chose ASR to tow my car to! Great service, really cares about making sure people (especially women) do not feel taken advantage of and very informative and communicative on what’s going on during the process. I will recommend them to anyone who needs car service.
