  The air in our car went out. I Noticed it’s had a broken belt. I called Steve July 3 knowing it was a busy holiday weekend. Do you have me get the car down there ASAP and got it all fixed so we could have the car for the weekend. These guys are great! always wonderful finding an Auto Mechanic who’s honest and reliable.

  This place is honestly so amazing. They’re very thorough and super nice, they walk you through everything they’re doing to the car and take pictures of everything as well as sending you the report with the photos, first time customers also get a few $$ knocked off as well!!. I highly highly recommend going here if your car is having any issues!!

  ASR is a fantastic shop. My truck recently had some brake issues that came up days before an important road trip. Steve got me right in the night I called, fixed my truck all up and got me safely on the road in time for my trip. ASR is not your average shop. There was excellent, respectful, communication from start to finish, the findings were thorough and well documented, and the prices were very fair especially considering the rush that was put on the job. I can’t express my gratitude enough!

  Great service, helpful staff, competitive pricing! I requested an appointment on their website for an immediate issue (battery replacement/diagnostic) and a 15k/30k service. Received an immediate call back from Steve, who let me know that they were a bit too busy to schedule the service for the same week but they would be able to fit in the battery replacement ASAP if I brought the vehicle in. I did and they were able to test my existing battery, swap it, and test the alternator to ensure it was providing charge to the new battery, all in under an hour!

  I had a great experience with ASR in Fort Collins. Steve was very helpful throughout the process and provided a timely estimate, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and upfront, and I felt well informed from start to finish. What stood out most was their honesty and willingness to help, even with things outside of their scope. They took the time to refer me to other reputable shops for services they couldn’t provide, which speaks highly of their professionalism and customer service.
