  First one in, still took 45 mins for a simple oil change. Staff was not friendly, oil smudges on my door. And no sticker on my windshield so I will have to track to know when to get another oil change. Last few service changes there have been pretty bad, I'll likely go somewhere else moving forward.

  Even when I understaffed, Dwight and Alvin We’re professional with their jobs It took a little bit to get my oil change, but the customer service was phenomenal and gave me a discount for my time these guys are amazing

  The new manager introduced himself right away and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. They were also kind enough to explain everything to me in a way I could understand since I don’t know much about cars, including what work was being done and whether it was actually necessary. I really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Everyone there was super friendly, and the overall experience was great.

  Went in for an oil change on a GAS vehicle. I was told to leave it running and the tech drove it into the bay. I say this because if you know anything about cars a diesel has a distinct sound. When it was time to pay the bill, I was told it was over $200. Upon looking at the receipt, it showed they did a diesel service on a gas truck. Response from the tech was "good catch". And a $100 oil change is still too much. If you do go here, make sure you are paying for the services you received. Seems a little sketchy they would charge me for a diesel service.
