- LHLaurie HolmlundJul 14, 20231.0In incident occurred with our car, an improper piece was used to hook the winch from the tow truck. It broke and the car rolled off the ramp into a building. We hired this company through AAA and we’re not contacted when the damage occurred. The owner of the building took photos and contacted us. I called the tow company and they took my name and number, later calling back to say it was “unavoidable” damage and we were at fault. The driver never called when he arrived at the car, damaged the car, proceeded with the tow, and delivered it to the repair shop wrecked.
