Ok I have few issues with this store. The soft serve machine swirled my vanilla cone so symmetrically that it felt disrespectful to bite into it. I spent 15 minutes holding a frozen piece of Renaissance-level art in the parking lot until it melted over my hand. Staff showed zero remorse for creating a masterpiece that couldn't last. The Redzone energy drink slushie was so cold and intensely blue that it restored my phone's battery to 100% just by sitting next to it in the cupholder. I am frankly uncomfortable with a beverage having that much electrical authority. The ice from the fountain drink dispenser is dangerously cubical. It is so mathematically perfect that staring into my cup gave me an existential crisis about the simulation we live in. I came here for a Big Q, not an unsettling encounter with Sacred Geometry. The linoleum tiles on the floor are arranged in a grid that is WAY too confident. I spent twenty minutes carefully stepping only on the red squares because I was convinced the blue ones would drop me into the backroom of a Denny’s. The cashier didn't even try to warn me. The roller grill hot dogs are spinning at the exact same speed as the rotation of the Earth, which means technically those taquitos are standing completely still while the entire universe moves around them. It made me too self-conscious to pick one up with tongs. Bought a bag of sour cream and onion chips and there was so much air in the bag that I think it contained a tiny, invisible ecosystem from 1998. When I opened it, my car smelled like fresh rain and nostalgia. Pretty sure I heard a faint cricket sound. All in all ok store. Not great though.
