I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this location. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at this location on 9/16/26. Shortly after leaving, the check engine light came on and I was hearing some intermittent ticking-type noises coming from the engine area. I drove it a bit more and started seeing the red oil pressure oil light coming on. I parked it and eventually found that they crushed the oil filter which was causing oil pressure issues and the noises. William, the store manager did come out and replace the oil filter the next day and then I drove the vehicle back into the shop to get the check engine light cleared and everything looked over. He said that he would refund me for the oil change and also send me a coupon for a future oil change. At a minimum that’s what they should’ve done for the potential damage to my engine and all of my wasted time. I received a coupon but a month later and I still have not received a refund, even after stopping back in and being told that they would have William contact me to get it sorted out. Haven’t heard anything after 2 weeks since stopping back in. I will no longer be a customer and will make sure to tell people to stay away as well.

Michelle and all the people at Valvoline were amazing! I came in with low coolant, and they spent extra time to make sure everything was ok before I left (been having issues with my car). They’re the best!

The female who helped me was pleasant, polite, and helpful. Not pushy like some employees can be. She let me know skip plate bolts were missing, from last oil change place I assume, and you all didn’t have to do that. I will definitely be coming back.

I just took my pickup truck to this location for the first time for a quick, convenient oil change and was not disappointed! Very prompt service (15 minutes as advertised) and very helpful and friendly staff! Jamaiqa, Joey, and Marquise took care of me and provided an excellent customer experience. I would recommend the team and the prompt service! Thank you!

I've been here multiple times since they opened and it's always been a good experience. The staff is always friendly and informative without overdoing it. I also kind of like sitting in my car while they perform the oil change, instead of sitting in a waiting room. Definitely recommended!
