- MNMelanie NiedringhausSep 22, 20265.0I was renting spot E 35 in the North lot and I got my car out of storage to use and when I turned on the car it immediately threw an error code. I called the dealer to take it in and before I took it in for service they told me to try disconnecting the battery to see if it would reset the error. I opened the hood and there was a live rabbit that had eaten the wiring. So far it is costing me $1020.00. To me this is a lot of money as I am a 70 year old, single woman and on a fixed income. The only place the car had been was your lot. I’m sure it would be difficult for you to control but that should not have happened and therefore I must cancel my storage spot due to vehicle. As the business owner you must assume some liability and responsibility. UPDATE: owner personally called me and offered to partially compensate me and refund my storage fees, which shows that they did assume some of the liability and responsibility. I appreciate them “making it right”. One of the reasons I chose RSS, is their promptness. Their efficiency is providing me with a storage solution that was available immediately to their promptness in resolving a problem. Way to go RSS! There are still good and honest business owners out there.
- LCLarry ConnellyAug 18, 20265.0I store a camper here for the past 4 years. The location is easy to access and I love that they have a dump station and water right there to prep your camper. They also have air to touch up your tires before getting on the road. Highly recommend

- JMJ T MillerMar 17, 20265.0It is nice as a lifelong RVer, to have an RV storage site owned and operated by RVers. The amenities speak from experience, professionalism and service. A lot of RVer planning went into the property. It is a convenient, secure and well equipped facility. Prices are competitive and the site is well maintained. Keep up the great work.
