  Derrick saved the day!! When I visited their shop originally for sqeeky breaks that they installed a couple of years ago, they said it was the fronts and I paid them to replace them but as I left, they were still sqeaking. The person at the front desk said they'd take a couple weeks to stop. A month later they still were sqeaking worse than before. I brought it back and then they said it was the rear brakes. Really! So was it the rear in the first place?? At first they wanted to charge me more money and the Derrick called someone and he said, our mistake. No charge. Wow! Wasn't expecting that. Nice to have some real customer service. Because of Derrick and whoever he called (probably the Manager) I'll be going back to their shop in the future. And by the way, no more squeaks. Thanks!!!

  Deven was my service advisor, he got me down to a very great deal on my brake service and on my cv axel service. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend this Brakes Plus.

  Thank you Jose for a great experience. I had a broken stud. I called late in the evening and was scheduled early the next morning. In less then an hour I was back on the road. I have been to this location 3 times now. They are always efficient, friendly and do great work. Thanks to the whole team.

  I have been bringing my 4 Runner to Brakes Plus in Erie near the King Soopers for the last 18 months. I felt like the service and care were good. I have had 3 oil changes done. Over the past 18 months. However my experience this last time was very negative. I was charged 2 extra quarts of oil. The last 2 times I had the oil changed I only needed 5 quarts. I called inquiring why the extra charge. I was told "Sir, as the New General Manager, things are run different now, and we charge for extra oil"! They couldn't explain why I needed 2 extra quarts now and what the difference was in the past. They also didn't reset my change oil indicator on my dash, or added the next date of change sticker. I was however told I needed a new battery and air cabin filter and I they are having a special on Tire rotation. Alll this can be done for an additional $360. I kindly declined. However when I called to understand the extra charges the Manager was not accommodating nor left me feeling confident as a customer. I felt that no matter what, I was going to be paying extra money today after the many phone calls about what was found by their Tech for my car. There has been zero follow up and I won't be going back and will visit one of the other car many service places here in Erie.

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus and especially want to recognize Pete and Jose. They went above and beyond to help me with my Jeep and took the time to point out some other issues they noticed that I wasn’t aware of. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything to me instead of making me feel pressured. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back to Brakes Plus and would highly recommend Pete and Jose to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service!
