  Deven did a nice job of getting me in and out quickly today. He took the time to explain what he found with my truck while doing the oil change, but didn’t pressure me with any upsell. At checkout, I learned that he had done the work personally himself to help me be able to make my next appointment. I really appreciate that level of customer service.

  Literally the worst service I’ve ever had. The manager is shady and nobody in there wants to do their job. They will send you out with an incomplete fix. They broke my hood latch and instead of fixing it they give me the deer in headlights look. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

  I stopped by on a Saturday with no appointment just to see if they might have time to do an oil change and alignment. They were already pretty busy for the day. I was fine to schedule an appointment if needed but Shane, Jose, and the team were able to squeeze me in. I really appreciate it! Great service!!! Thank you!!

  Deven gave me peace of mind by doing a comprehensive test of my battery, starter and alternator, after I had gotten conflicting information at another shop. Deven handled this as soon as I showed up, at no cost and I was on my way.

  Extremely disappointed that I chose to bring my car in on Saturday. I arrived at 8:45 for my 9 appointment. I was told they would have an idea about what was going on. At 11 they said they know something is wrong with the ac because it didn’t pass the vacuum test. Unfortunately, they didn’t know what exactly because their diagnostic guy was out of town. So they don’t know what part they would need to order. So as a single mom with two toddlers, I sat around for two hours to be told absolutely nothing for $100. Then I was told that I will need to come back to find out what part needs to be ordered. This means, I would need to leave my car for multiple days. They would need to find the part, order it and wait for it to be delivered then repair it. I wouldn’t have left my car at all yesterday if I had known. They knew the whole time they weren’t going to be able to help me. What an absolute waste of time and money.
