  READ!!! DO NOT USE THESE LOCATIONS!!! I use to go to the car washes at Larkridge about 4 miles east of here then this location opened in the last 8 months. Was excited that finally they would have car washes that actually worked again since the automatic ones at Larkridge are constantly broken and not working. NOPE! Went this morning to vista ridge and of coarse, none of the automatic washes were working. Two were closed and the one I used, only threw a little soap all over my car and then had to rinse. So I had to drive to Larkridge and PRAY one was working there to remove the soap it out all over my car. Oh yeah and had to pay another $25 to have it remove just the soap. Then like usual, the car wash at Larkridge isn’t working as it should either!!! SHOCKER!!! And the air dry cycle is a joke, you could blow the water off with your mouth and have more force! These locations are absolute CRAP!!! DO NOT BUY A MEMEBERSHIP OR USE THESE CAR WASHES. Customer service is a joke as well! Don’t respond to any of your messages! Save your money and long wait times and go anywhere else! You could drive through sprinklers and they’d do a better job than these car washes! If you read the Google responses l, they always say “we’re frustrated as well that the washes aren’t working” okay well here’s an idea, HOW ABOUT YOU TRY AND ACTUALLY FIX THEM CORRECTLY and you wouldn’t have that problem!!!!

  One or two bays are always closed during the busy weekend. What’s the meaning of having a subscription if the availability is always a problem. I’ll definitely switch to a different crash wash if this is continued. Even the vacuums are out of order now.

  This place is a joke. You'd think you'd be able to get a wash any day? Nope. I'd drive there, wait in line, only to leave without a wash for a variety of reasons. One visit, my car was covered car in soap and dried, ALL WITHOUT WATER. Their app is very buggy and GPS doesn't always recognize you're there. Because their QR codes don't always work, and the app "workaround" from support doesn't always work, they now have a "workaround for the workaround". To get your already paid for prepaid wash, you need to front MORE money at the kiosk. Then they expect you to chase down support for a refund. When I complained, they essentially argued that because I got a "deal", they are excused from providing a working service. Avoid this place.

  All 3 automatic bays down on Sunday, 6/21. Went to Lark Ridge Autowash where 2 of the automatic bays are down, and the water pressure in a 3rd is so low it’s not removing soap. Having one working bay out of 7 between two washes is an interesting model for a place that makes money washing cars

  I would not recommend this car wash. The automatic wash does not function properly and feels like a waste of money. The rinse cycle appears to be completely ineffective, as the system goes straight from applying soap to the drying stage without rinsing the vehicle. To make matters worse, customer service is nonexistent.
