I walked into the dealership already braced for the usual ritual: the handshake that feels like a soft goring of your credit score, the “let me talk to my manager” disappearing act that lasts longer than most marriages, and the slow financial vivisection where they peel dollars off your corpse while smiling like they’re doing you a favor. Most of these places operate like a low-rent organ market. They don’t sell cars. They sell the privilege of leaving with slightly less of your soul intact.
Dave was… different.
Chill in the way a serial killer who’s already eaten is chill. No hard sell. No “what’s it gonna take to get you in this beauty today?” No sudden appearance of a second, more aggressive salesman like a tag-team wrestler coming through the ropes blowing into my dome above a turn buckle. He actually listened when we said what we wanted instead of immediately trying to upsell us into a three-row hearse with leather seats and a payment plan that would outlive our grandchildren. Felt like he cared about the actual car and the actual humans in front of him rather than calculating how many months of our lives he could extract before a nonexistent warranty expired into a chapter 11.
That’s not normal.
Normal is the dealership as a soft-core abattoir. You walk in with dignity and a pre-approved rate. You leave with a trunk full of regret, a payment that makes your bank account flinch, and the vague sense that someone just tried to auction your kidneys on the secondary market. The whole experience is designed to make you feel like a mark who’s lucky to still have both shoes when you finally escape. They’re not in the transportation business. They’re in the business of carefully carving every possible dollar out of your soft, fleshy financial body while maintaining just enough eye contact to pretend it’s consensual.
Dave skipped the blood ritual.
He treated the whole thing like a transaction between adults instead of a hostage negotiation with a smiling psychopath. No pressure, no weird games, no sudden “oh by the way the car you drove here in is worth exactly enough to make the numbers work if you sign right now.” Just a guy who seemed to understand that most people would rather set themselves on fire than endure another round of dealership theater.
If you’ve ever sat in one of those glass-walled rooms while some guy in a cheap suit calculates how much of your future he can repossess, you know how rare that is. Most of them would sell your soul on the black market and still try to charge you a documentation fee for the paperwork. Dave didn’t. That’s the entire review. Everything else is noise.
Would buy a car from him again. Would not voluntarily return to the rest of the industry without a crucifix and holy water.

Long overdue review, my apologies!!
Bought a used Lincoln because a friend told me this service department is top notch, and their maintenance prices are surprisingly very competitive and affordable!
They do not disappoint.
Jorge provided the best service experience I've ever had!! Brought my car in for a rare suspension issue, didn't need to be fixed, but made sounds at low turn speeds since I bought it from a third party dealership. Parts got delayed and I had to leave for a trip. Jorge got my car fixed, called with updates, made things right and even delivered the car to my house while I was away!! Got home from Vaca and my car was successfully repaired, and sitting in my driveway. WOW
Jorge also advises on pending needs, like suggesting new tires or differential service in the next 6months. Never blind sided by pending costs here!
Got my Lincoln at 95k. Currently at 115k, thanks Lincoln Team!!
Great experience at Landmark Lincoln! Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. Ben, our sales consultant, was fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Delivery was informative, paperwork was quick and efficient, and Phil in Finance was great to work with. We've bought many vehicles over the years, and this was one of the smoothest and friendliest yet. Highly recommend — ask for Ben!

Buckle up people, this will be long one!
I really cannot express how excellent my experience at Landmark Lincoln was. I recently had twins and have had the same FJ cruiser for 16 years, which was perfect for my oldest son, husband and myself, but did NOT work for a family of 5. I agonized over what car to get and finally settled on a Lincoln Navigator. I have a complicated credit history, reflective of a few very difficult years and all the work put in since, to repair it. I was feeling nervous and sheepish, expecting a horrific interest rate or having to wait and save the full amount through the winter and just not be able to drive my family anywhere. But I did my homework brought all my documents and gave it a go.
Chris Hazel was my sales partner and he advocated for me every step Of the way, so did the GM and their finance department, I actually felt like they cared about ME and helping me secure the safer, right sized vehicle my family needed, in time to safely navigate Colorado winter (no pun intended). After an entire day of me turning the lobby into my office, them making countless phone calls back and forth, I walked out with the exact car I hoped for, an interest rate that absolutely blew my mind (in a good way), many snacks, pleasant conversations and a perfectly detailed car with a full gas tank and comprehensive 1:1 tutorial on how to use all the features.
I share all this, because I am very serious person with a serious career and a lot of people depending on me. People like me really do our research and take big decisions seriously. I hope my experience can help someone feel more confident in knowing there is a good dealership, with great people that WANT to hear your story, not just toss some paperwork over the fence and call it a day.

My husband recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln Aviator from Landmark Lincoln, and our experience was so exceptional that I returned just two weeks later to lease a 2026 Lincoln Corsair of my own!
Our salesman, Chris Hazle, was the definition of a true professional—knowledgeable, efficient, patient, kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the entire process seamless and treated us with a level of courtesy and respect that truly stood out.
There is something different about Landmark Lincoln. From the way we were welcomed to the efficiency of the process and the professionalism and class shown throughout, we genuinely felt valued as customers—not simply like another sale.
The fact that one great experience brought us back for a second vehicle just two weeks later says it all.
We will absolutely return to Landmark Lincoln when it’s time to upgrade again. Thank you, Chris and the Landmark Lincoln team, for an OUTSTANDING experience and for earning our business for years to come!
